Cancelan arbitrariamente las reservas y te las cobran de igual manera, además ofrecen servicio "gratis" como estacionamiento de auto y moto, pero cuando llegas te lo cobrar con un valor adicional y exagerado. Aprovechando la vulnerabilidad de algunos viajantes

Excellent Location minutes from the Bus Terminal.
Pros:

A great location a few minutes walk from the Bus Terminal. Most places in the city are within walking distance. There are lots of shops, restaurants and places of interest nearby. There are some lovely large Urban Parks in the area. I would highly recommend the location for early or late arrivals/departures.
The staff are lovely.
