Everything. We did not see the staff after 1400 hours. We had no oprtunity to ask or receive answers to our question, concerns and issues. There were not proper hot water. I sent email, tried to call byt no response. There were no opportunity to have breakfast for request at the motel whereas there was restaurant at the hotel. During our stay, return to motel at 1700 hours no personnel were to be found in the motel. The motel was empty. We were left alone in the motel. I would not recommend to anyone to stay there.

Curatenia ,baia nu functiona mai nimic ,
E prima dată când mi se întâmplă să fiu sunat de la o cazare după ce fac sute de kilometri, fiind la intrarea în Brașov și să mi se spună că s-a făcut o greșeală, că nu sunt locuri disponibile pentru noi, deși plătisem cazarea, vorbisem înainte de plecarea de acasă spre motel cu o doamnă care mi-a confirmat că ne așteaptă. A trebuit să căutăm câteva ore prin Brașov o cazare, deși totul era ocupat.

Curatenia
Curatenie, prosoape bune , miros placut in camere, parcare proprie, locatie buna.
E bine, chiar neasteptat de bine, mai ales ca am rezervat o camera tripla si din divese motive ne-au fost acordate doua camere duble.
Nota mea ar fi in jur de 7,5-8,5.
Cam multa galagie din strada in camere, dar cu o schimbare a tamplariei sau cu o mentenanta a celei prezente posibil s-ar putea atenua fenomenul.
Sifoanele/scurgerilor de la cabinele de dus nu fac fata debitului de apa.
Locatia excelenta si zona linistita.
