Excelente hotel con un excelente servicio y confort
Pros:

Excelente el desayuno muy rico y el hotel muy bonito y muy cómo en una excelente ubicación y muy tranquilo para descansar. La atención del personal es excelente se siente uno como en casa. Felicitaciones!!

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The room was not clean upon arrival, There was also no available parking at night which made things extremely inconvenient.

Check-in was delayed far beyond the expected time, 5:00 pm leaving me waiting much longer than acceptable. To make matters worse, check-out was scheduled very early, giving little time to rest or enjoy the stay. Oslo no smart TV so my kids couldn’t see Netflix.

Overall, the lack of cleanliness, poor organization, and inconvenience made this a frustrating experience. I would not recommend this hotel.
