Zeer tevreden
Pros:

Het personeel was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De portier met de bagage en andere adviezen, maar in het bijzonder bij de nazorg toen onze zoon bij aankomst viel in de lobby en een verwonding op liep. Het hotel regelde zonder extra kosten medische assistentie. Top! De liggen bij de mall is ook perfect.

Cons:

Ons uitzicht was beperkt maar een andere kamer van de familie had een prachtig uitzicht. Het is dus afhankelijk aan welke kant van het gebouw je zit.

Lo único que me molestó bastante fue que una persona del restaurante del piso 18 sin preguntar nos retiró a mí el plato y no había terminado de desayunar y a mi esposo la mitad del café la verdad fue bastante desagradable como consejo deben preguntar si pueden retirar el plato nos sentimos como si nos estuvieran echando del restaurante muy desagradable mal gusto la verdad y una falta de respeto

Quizá la ubicación...

Cons:

El diseño de las instalaciones del Hotel. Llega el huésped al hotel y no hay quien lo reciba, oriente o guie, hacia donde está la recepción, para poder iniciar con su proceso de registro. Deficiente completamente la seguridad. cualquier persona puede llegar hasta las habitaciones y no hay quien verifique si es o no huésped quien va en los ascensores. Los desplazamientos dentro del hotel, no son los mejores, al lobby, al restaurante... La "PISCINA" no es mas que una tina de baño.
