Pros:

It's a small, comfortable, basic standard hotel room, with a queen size bed and attached bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Poor value for money. I have been in Argentina for 5 weeks now, and have a good idea of value. The description and hotchpotch of photos on booking.com is misleading. Photos of the studio apartment seem to be mixed up with photos of the small room I had. I thought I was getting an apartment (as described on the reservation header) with a kitchen. I made my choice based on the photos I saw.

Pros:

La habitación era muy cómoda y bien equipada, súper prolijo y limpio todo. La ubicación es excelente, a dos cuadras de la terminal y una de la plaza.
El trato por parte de la propietaria fue siempre amable y atento. Sin dudas volvería.

Pros:

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, gute Kommunikation auch englisch. Spontaner Wäscheservice Abends bis morgens um 7:00, Danke! Parken auf Grundstück.

Cons:

Es hat etwas nach Reinigungsmitteln gerochen. Für mich 7 USD zu teuer im Vergleich zu Anderen.
