Pros:

Très bon appartement, conforme à l'annonce , au calme, tres bien pour faire Amsterdam à pied.

Cons:

Appart au 3e étage, ok pour les jeunes mais l'escalier est très raide - assez courant à Amsterdam !

If you're on the top floor, be ready for a workout.
Pros:

Okay, the apartment was absolutely stunning, featuring modern furnishings and a spacious layout. The view from my room was breathtaking, offering a view of the city skyline at sunset. I appreciated the clear, prompt communication before my arrival, which facilitated a smooth check-in, especially since I arrived quite late in the evening.

Cons:

I would say that my god, you would have had to train to get up the stairs. I was on the top floor, and I think I'm pretty fit, but they are not built for a short king like me. It was a full workout and more for my poor leg muscles.

Pros:

Bien décoré, spacieux et propre. Bien situé, mais pas de chance pour nous, la rue et les transports étaient en travaux.

Cons:

Beaucoup de moisissures dans la salle de bain, plusieurs spots/ampoules cassées, bruit de la hotte pire qu'un avion à réaction (et indiqué dessus qu'on est obligé de l'utiliser sous peine d'amende), équipement cuisine limité, fauteuil lit inconfortable, rideaux impossible à fermer correctement. Bref, plus de 300 euros la nuit, l'endroit ne les vaut pas.

Pros:

Si nos gustó mucho una zona muy tranquila y nos tocó la habitación de abajo y tenía un patio.
Tenía un lidel cerca, mcdonals y ponían un mercadillo al lado por las mañanas.
Un poco retirado del centro pero los Uber no tardaban nada en venir.

Cons:

Que nuestro vuelo llegó pronto y hasta las 15:00h no nos lo entregaron y tuvimos que estar cargando con las maletas.

Buona posizione, pessimo servizio, manca reception, deposito bagagli e non fanno pulizia della camera quotidiana
Cons:

Innanzitutto si tratta di una struttura senza reception, quindi non c’è servizio bagagli e non c’è nessuno con cui parlare di persona. Durante il mio soggiorno a marzo 2026 la strada dinanzi la struttura era in rifacimento e quindi per raggiungere siamo stati costretti a passare attraverso un cantiere con tanto di gru e terra. Nella struttura non è prevista pulizia giornaliera, puliscono solo se prenoti più di 7 notti, questo non era chiaro in fase di prenotazione altrimenti non avrei mai prenotato questa struttura.

Lage sehr gut nahe Oosterpark und vielen Restaurants, direkt neben Straßenbahnhaltestelle.
Ausstattung inklusive kleiner Küche war neu und alles war sehr sauber. Perfekt für ein paar Tage in der Stadt.

Cons:

Die Treppe hat fast die Steilheit einer Leiter. Nichts für Personen, die Schwierigkeiten beim Klettern haben, besonders mit Gepäck.
Die Lobby hatte am ersten Tag einen durchdringenden Geruch nach Gras - nicht besonders familienfreundlich.

Excellent séjour
Pros:

L'emplacement était très bien près d'un parking ainsi que des tramways. Appartement très confortable et très lumineux.

Cons:

Il faudrait peut-être ajouter quelques ustensiles de cuisine comme une cuillère en bois et un égouttoir pour les pâtes ou le riz.
