Lovely old house but plan ahead your arrival time to avoid a bad surprise
Pros:

Very well decorated old colonial house, in a quiet street in the Candelaria, ~15 min walk to the Plaza. The bed is extremely comfortable, room is clean, breakfast was very good and fresh and we liked the fact that we could sit with others on a big table for breakfast.

Giving it a lower score (it deserves a 9) because of the check in experience (below).

Cons:

Unfortunate check in experience… we arrived late (around 11:30pm), I had sent a message on booking and WhatsApp to inform them of the arrival time and did not get an answer. We get there and there’s no one. I find another number to call (not on WhatsApp). In the end we have to wait around 45min in a nearby cafe that was closing, the person kept it open for us, and the hotel did not offer to pay for our consumption to compensate for the delay.

They apologized but a small gesture would’ve been nice given how late it was; or they should send a message ahead of time stating that there’s no 24/7 reception for guests to manage.

Super Unterkunft
Pros:

Die Einrichtung der Unterkunft war super. Das Bette hatte sehr angenehme Wärmedecken. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Hospedagem em bela casa histórica colonial colombiana
Pros:

O hotel possui excelente localização, próximo à maioria das atrações de Bogotá. Trata-se de uma casa histórica que foi adaptada à hotelaria, com quartos confortáveis e um pátio interno muito bonito típicamente da arquitetura colonial colombiana.
Jairo é muito atencioso com os hóspedes, um grande diferencial.
Café da manhã servido em mesa de vários assentos, que permite a interação entre hóspedes para quem gosta.

Cons:

Pelo fato de ser brasileiro, e estar habituado à cafés da manhãs com variedade e muito fartos, foi necessário me adaptar ao café da manhã no sistema à la carte, com prato de frutas e omelete. Suco e café a vontade.

I liked the location in Candelaria,the place was very comfortable and cozy,spacious room in an old and stylish house with a common room for breakfast that was delicious served with fresh fruit and eggs à la carte

Pros:

Tout a été parfait ici. Très bien situé dans la candelaria pour pouvoir visiter l'ensemble des sites à pied. Même le départ du funicaire est facilement accessible à pied. Personnel très sympathique. Petit déjeuner super. Quel charme dans les chambres et l'ensemble de la maison!!
