Terrible and fake reviews - Beware!

Cons:

The hotel is completely misrepresented in their ad and booking.com listing. We are long term users of Booking.com and have used it for our stays in Europe and Australia. We used it this time for our travel in India and what a mistake it was! - The hotel was in a busy and untidy neighbourhood. The room was very gloomy with sheets and pillows not clean at all . Room size and facilities nearby were completely misrepresented and my elderly parents could hardly use the restroom as it was cramped with no hot-water readily available. We paid 3100INR at checkin and immediately cancelled our stay after seeing the condition of the room! - Did not get a refund or apology - Beware before booking this hotel based on the reviews in booking.com as it seems to be fake reviews

Amazing Rooms with excellent service at affordable price

Worst hotel
Pros:

I did not like anything

Cons:

This hotel is very cheap.. the person is also very bad... My checking time was delayed and I have informed him already but to my surprise he did not allow me to check in at the night.. a person was very very bad... He denied the booking.. he was asking me extra money... When I said that I have a booking from booking.com, he said I don't care
