Great apartment
Pros:

Very well equipped apartment in a quiet area with good private parking. 15 minutes walk from the marina and 30 minutes walk to a few very nice beaches. 5-10 minutes with car to most of the top beaches around Syvota. Host is very kind.

Cons:

Everything was fine. Only one recommendation - one tent on the terrace will be a great improvement.

Pros:

We were traveling as a family of 5. The apartment was big and very clean. The owner was very friendly and welcoming. The location was quite good, but you most likely would need to take a car to reach several beaches. There were several supermarkets nearby and the place was not rowdy at night which made for a very good rest. There was a small pool that could be used in specific times of the day as well, and all apartments shared this. There were some super cute kittens around the property as well.

The best vacation in Syvota!
Pros:

This is a great option for summer holidays in Syvota Greece! Mrs. Katerina and her husband showed great hospitality and were always there to make sure we had all we needed. The pool was great and it was really quiet!

Cons:

Nothing! All was amazing! Perhaps the wifi needs to be upgraded and we were told they would change the wifi company soon.

Pros:

Fantastic small apartment complex in a lovely quiet location. Everything was spotlessly clean and tidy. Nice pool area. Daily cleaning and lots of new towels and bedding. Very friendly owners on site to help with anything. Will be staying here again.

Clean, quiet and friendly place.
Pros:

Thanks to the host Katerina and staff, it is very clean, quiet and friendly place. 15min walking distance to village centre and 15-20min driving to the most beautiful beach nearby - Karavostasi. The pool is well maintained, accomodation is cleaned every day. I would recommend this place to everyone - couples, families or solo travelers.
It is useful to have a car in Sivota, so you can visit surrounding beaches.
