Great service, not optimal location
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff.
Upscale rooms with high quality furniture and appliances
Very nice breakfast, freshly made
Great views.
Managed by local people

Cons:

Hotel is far away from downtown Hermanus, right behind township. Impossible to take cliff walk to Hermanus (safety)
They try to compensate by excellent service and a bus shuttle, which only runs to 21.30.

The stay was very relaxing and peaceful.
Pros:

Hi tech fittings were great and useful.
The view is amzing and very calming.
Staff were all friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was great and granolla very tasty.

Cons:

Bread crust was a little hard, very difficult to cut.
If you arrive in an SUV the Key pad at the front gate is a little difficult to access as the Housing is quite low. (Not a biggy, just an observation)

We had a nice stay and were very well treated by the staffs.
Pros:

The large window opening gave a wonderful view of the sea. The staff were very welcoming and customer oriented.

Cons:

I don’t like having grey towels. However, they were clean properly.

Die Gastgeberin ist spitze, sehr hilfsbereit und bietet ein sehr umfangreiches Wissen über Kultur, Kunst und Tipps für Aktivitäten. Das Frühstück, das Servicepersonal im Restaurant und die Küche sind sehr gut.
Die Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig direkt am Meer gelegen, traumhaft. Es gibt einen sehr schönen, ca 2km, langen Küstenwanderweg den man ohne Probleme entlang gehen kann. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Cons:

Das Servicepersonal für die Zimmer könnte etwas aufmerksamer sein, da ab und zu mal die Handtücher , das Wasser oder die Tissots fehlten. Wurde aber anstandslos bei Anruf erledigt

Super schönes Hotel mit traumhafter Lage

Das Zimmer mit Meerblick ist ein Traum!
Wir haben sehr gerne den Zimmerservice genutzt um den Ausblick beim Essen zu genießen. Weiterhin war das Frühstück auch wirklich hervorragend. Man bestellt a la carte, kann aber mehrere Optionen auswählen. Der Kaffee wurde auch immer frisch aufgebrüht und es gab eine Transfermöglichkeit von Hotel angeboten in in das Zentrum von Hermanus

Leider war das Personal nicht besonders freundlich
