Comfortable stay and first 5 star hotel stay in Hermanus. Expected a bit more.
Pros:

Sea-facing room was excellent from a location perspective. The room was large as was the bathroom and good quality. Very close to a cliff path walk.

Cons:

The toilet was very cramped though. The shower hot water this morning and last evening was just warm enough - it should have been hotter though.

Ein tolles 5-Sterne Hotel mit kleinen Einbußen
Pros:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick reserviert und die Aussicht war atemberaubend schön. Das Zimmer war schön groß und hatte eine gute Ausstattung. Besonders erwähnenswert finden wir, dass unser arg verstaubtes Auto gewaschen wurde, ohne dass wir etwas gesagt haben und dass das Hotel einen kostenlosen Shuttle-Service in die Ortsmitte von Hermanus anbietet.

Cons:

4 Dinge haben uns gestört:
Am ersten Abend sind wir ins Hotelrestaurant gegangen. Die Karte war mehr als überschaubar. Als Vorspeisen wurden eine Suppe sowie 3 Scheiben Brot mit zweierlei Aufstrich (Butter ungesalzen und Petersilienbutter) angeboten. Hauptgerichte waren 3 verschiedene Steakcuts (davon war das von uns gewählte Ribeye nicht verfügbar) und 2-3 Nudel- und Risottogerichte. Auf die Nachspeise des Tages haben wir verzichtet. Für ein Restaurant in einem 5-Sterne-Hotel unakzeptabel.

Im Zimmer (mit gefüllter Minibar 2-erlei Wein und Sekt) war der Vermerk, dass für den Verzehr von mitgebrachten alkoholischen Getränken im Zimmer ein Korkgeld verlangt würde. Wirklich....?

Die Klimaanlage, die periodisch immer wieder ansprang, was ja eigentlich üblich ist, machte aber dabei einen Höllenlärm.

Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig.

This property blew is away just stunning!
Pros:

The views were incredible, the staff were extremely friendly, food was delicious. Lovely coastal walk just outside property. Definitely worth visiting in Winter.

الموظفه السمراء السمينه تعاملها سيئ وتبي تاخذ فلوس بأي طريقه تدور في الغرف تبي تلقى شي مكسور ولاخربان ولالقت شي جابت مشكله ثاني وخذت مني مبلغ قبل مااطلع واو ماجيت قالو اذا تبون الغرفتين جنب بعض عطونا زياده فلوس وزدتهم تخسرت في الليله 2500الله لايعيدها اول مره امر بتجربه بذا الوقاحه وغير الاخلاق المكان بعيد ومخيف ولايوجد كفي مشين الكفي يدوي والاثاث وصخ وووع مابي اتذكر اللي صار شي مقرف ومنرفز للاسف ماعندي صور لان مافيه شي يستاهل
