Nice place to stay
Pros:

Big and spacious room on the 6th floor. Jacuzzi was nice. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location close to the central square. Laundry facilities.

Cons:

The reception and entrance are located on the 3rd floor, which you have to climb up the stairs. There was no tomato, cucumber or other salad option for breakfast.

L'esmorzar buffet és molt complet i el menjar és molt bo.

Cons:

Hi ha una porta entre el lavabo i l'habitació però no arriba fins el sostre, no hi ha privacitat.
L'habitació només tenia una finestra petita que es pogués obrir, i donava al passadís de l'hotel. L'habitació no es podia ventilar bé i l'ambient estava carregat d'humitat de la dutxa.

Excellent staff
Pros:

The staff was extremely responsive and attentive. I reached out to two hotels while deciding between them, asking about transfers and tours, and this team replied immediately and provided much more detailed and thoughtful assistance than the other hotel. I was genuinely impressed by their level of care and attention.

The perfect stay in urubamba town
Pros:

The hotel is on a quiet street, the staff is great , the premises are bright clean and spacious, the windows views are simply divine, the room comes with a jacuzzi, the bed was comfy , the breakfast is generous and tasty and the roof top gives a 360 view point of the valley. Will come back ✨

Pros:

We had a great room with a great view. The hotel is likely the highest building in the city, so a high floor room is wonderful. The breakfast was very good, eggs cooked to order and delicious fruit and cereals. The staff was very friendly, limited English spoken by them. Be sure to use Google Translate app.

Cons:

What was upsetting was that the Booking.com description of the amenities stated that the hotel had an elevator. I look very carefully at the amenities, specifically for an elevator. After 18 hours of travel including an hour taxi from Cusco, I made the decision to acclimate to the altitude in Urubamba (4,000 ft lower than Cusco). Upon arriving at the hotel, I came to find that the lobby of the hotel is on the 3rd floor, which is where the elevator starts to go to the upper floors to the rooms. The elevator does not come down to the street level, therefore we had to hike up to the 3rd floor, after hours of travel and extreme shortness of breath. It was a real chore to get to the lobby. Everything else about the hotel was great, but I would never choose this hotel a 2nd time. The amenities should state this. This hotel would be great for younger travelers. Also, the room needed luggage racks. We had our luggage on the floor.

La ubicación

Cons:

Ojo con las escaleras. Se tiene que subir dos pisos para llegar al lobby y recién ahi se toma el ascensor a los cuartos. Además no tiene cochera.

Pros:

Property is a bit run down from the photos , the roof top deck was in disarray. My “view” from my room was another buildings rooftop stairs with laundry drying. Bed was comfortable staff was nice. I ended up checking out a day early to find someplace more comfortable.
