Comfortable bed, happy helpful staff and ideal location!
Pros:

My partner and I loved this place to stay while visiting Urubamba. Centrally located from the plaza and main streets, easy to walk around or get a taxi. The jacuzzi was lovely, in the first room we had it leaked so they transferred us straight away. Super helpful. The bed was massive and comfortable, the amenities we're great and we felt comfortable and safe! Breakfast was nice, lots of options and eggs can be cooked upon request (in butter of course). Overall an amazing place to stay.

Cons:

If there is music playing out on the street, can be a little loud in the room. Thicker windows perhaps?
The bath/jacuzzi needs a little better drainage as a little bit of water leaks out.

Luxury stay for some “us time”
Pros:

Ooooooh lovely! We had the suite. It was HUGE with a whirlpool bath by the vast picture window.
The bed was super king size and cozy. Urubamba is not a great town for tourists but the room was so nice we didn’t want to go out.

Cons:

The property was great, especially after a damp stay in the hills, but Urubamba is not a great destination

Pros:

Nice clean room, good bed. They gave me avocado and olives with my eggs as breakfast since I don’t eat bread, so I really appreciated that detail. Friendly staff. I had a desk in my room, so I could work comfortably.

Cons:

Not too bad, but had to wait about 10 minutes for the water to warm and to take a shower.

Hôtel idéal dans Urubamba
Pros:

L'emplacement, la gentillesse et la discrétion de tout le personnel. Le petit-déjeuner "buffet" est au top !

Cons:

Des clients (apparemment des travailleurs locaux) bruyants qui parlent et rigolent dans les couloirs très tôt le matin et qui traînent des meubles sur le sol.. Des panneaux ou affiches devraient faire un rappel au respect.

Cons:

Nao havia água quente no banho. O vaso sanitário nao tinha água suficiente. E quando tinha levava 15 minutos para encher. A banheira tinha os botões quebrados e nao havia água quente para usá-la. Nao gostamos.

Nice place for a short stay
Pros:

Great location, comfortable bed and pillows. Friendly staff. Large room with a nice view and a hot tub is recommended.

Cons:

Poor isolated rooms. Noisy at night but with the earplugs it worked well. Missed an extra towel, just had one.

Pros:

Good location, very clean and fantastic buffet breakfast!!

Cons:

The Terrace was closed, we still managed to go up and see the view but all the chairs and tables were closed and couldn’t ve enjoyed.
