No le recomiendo a nadie este hotel. Sigue buscando…
Pros:

Las habitaciones estaban en general bien

Cons:

El personal no era excesivamente amable. Lo peor de todo ha sido tener justo debajo del hotel una discoteca. Estuvimos alojados viernes y sábado y fue un auténtico horror. De haberlo sabido, jamás me hubiera alojado aquí. El ruido incluso con tapones en los oídos era absolutamente insoportable, incluso con tapones en los oídos que menos mal que llevaba conmigo… sin duda fue lo peor del hotel y no le recomendaría a nadie que viniera a este hotel.

Por otro lado, tuvimos una muy mala experiencia con un taxi solicitado en el propio hotel. Le indicamos claramente que llevábamos 8 maletas y 4 de ellas grandes. Aún así, vino un taxi muy pequeño. Por lo que el conductor (que seguramente no se le avisó desde el hotel, a pesar de que se lo indicamos claramente), tuvo que improvisar. Vino con un coche más grande pero bastante viejo, y ya el conductor no era él, sino otra persona. Éramos 4 y la persona que tuvo que estar detrás en el asiento del medio no tenía cinturón si quiera, porque no había. En una zona con un tráfico tan caótico, fue durante todo el viaje bastante preocupado e incómodo. Y ya para colmo, se le estropeó la caja de cambios en mitad del trayecto y tuvo que ir a un taller para arreglarlo. No pudieron arreglarlo al momento, así que volvió a intentar llevarnos a pesar de que le dijimos que no lo veíamos oportuno. De nuevo tuvo que llamar a otro conocido, que vino con otro coche para llevarnos. El trayecto fue desde Urubamba hasta el aeropuerto a Cusco. Un trayecto que nos pareció eterno… menos mal que íbamos con mucha antelación, porque sino el vuelo lo perdemos segurísimo.

En conclusión, muy descontentos con el hotel, sobre todo por la discoteca y el servicio de taxi. No os recomiendo en absoluto este hotel.

La comodidad del hotel, la habitación y el lobby nos parecieron geniales. Incluso por disponibilidad nos hicieron un upgrade. Definitivamente volvería, muy buen hotel a un precio razonable.

O Hotel fica numa charmosa ladeira turística, a vista das janelas dá para a ladeira e Cusco numa linda e charmosa vista. Os funcionários são ótimos, muito atenciosos e preocupados se estamos bem por conta da altitude e sempre dispostos a ajudar. Minha família adorou, as crianças eram sempre mimadas pelas funcionárias e o clima é incrível. Nos contaram tbm que o Hotel fica ao lado de pedras sagradas que Incas faziam rituais, então deixa a energia mais boa possível! Super recomendo esse hotel, com família ou sem, vale muito a estadia

Muitas escadas para chegar com malas. Mas todos os funcionários foram atenciosos e nos ajudaram sempre que podiam.

Hotel needs many improvements, way too expensive for the quality

Cons:

We left and didn't stay, the bed was full of hairs, the room door didn't close properly, we had to call to unlock the bathroom door, somehow it locked itself, the guy was nice enough to not hassle much and return the prepaid stay that I paid in cash for.

Improve your cleaning services and charge less, then maybe would be worth it, way too expensive for what it is.

Reminds me of a cheap Vegas hotel but with no staff.

Very neat, clean, comfortable accommodation
Pros:

Very neat, western style accommodation, large lounge area for sitting around with Coco tea and other tea and water available 24 seven. Had a very small gym set up which I did not use it. I think most people come to Peru are probably Active walking. Views from breakfast were amazing, great town to base yourself in to explore the sacred Valley.

Average hotel basic I would look others.

Cons:

On our first arrival, the balcony room door stopped working. Also, it was extremely cold at night and the Hotel only provides one small heater in each room which is a major disappointment because given there are quite cold conditions in the area, proper heating system is not available
