Super lindo y conveniente
Pros:

Nos pareció un gran lugar para Urubamba, ubicados super cerca de donde teníamos que ir! Ruth se encargó de ayudarnos al momento de llegar y fue súper fácil, cómodo y memorable. Nos encantó y sin duda alguna nuestro to go para Urubamba de ahora en adelante

Buena ubicación y la atención en general

Cons:

No nos dieron facilidades para cambiar la reserva que tuvimos que hacer por razones de fuerza mayor. Nos fuimos un día antes y no nos devolvieron el dinero ni tampoco un porcentaje o una nota de crédito para un uso posterior.

Pidieron adelanto días antes de ingresar al hotel cuando no eran las condiciones acordadas inicialmente.

Pros:

El Desayuno es increíble , para mí lo mejor que tiene !!! el personal muy amable , y en el lugar se prestan todos los servicios que necesitas . Desde ahí mismo pedimos taxis para tour !

Pros:

This hotel is awesome! It's clean, in the perfect location and they have hot water! The staff is incredibly friendly and accomodating. If you are traveling to Urubamba for a quick trip or easy night in the city, it's the perfect place to stay!
