Mala experiencia.
Pros:

Dentro de todo la piscina tiene algo de buen gusto, despues no me gusto en general.

Cons:

La habitación sin ventanas, no nos dieron alternativas, solo se limitaron a decir que debi revisar las condiciones de booking. Me querian cobrar 30 soler por servicio de recojo del aeropuerto, a lo cual no lo tome pues normalmente esta incluido en otros hoteles. Finalmente la ubicación super lejos y el acceso es una parte con tierra. En general no nos brindaron alternbativas de mejora, robotizado el personal.

La ubicación era tranquila y la piscina

Cons:

La habitación que me dieron no tenía buena ventilación, al estar en el primer piso se filtraba todo los ruidos incluso cuando el staff de recepción veía videos en volumen alto o conversaban en voz alta en la madrugada. Lo otro que no me gustó fue que pedí una jarra de refresco y vino con trozos de plástico, me dijeron que ese no me cobrarían pero si quería otro me podían hacer un pequeño descuento, terrible protocolo cuando fue un error de ellos.

De westerse toerist houdt van een ander type hotel

Het hotel is gemakkelijk te bereiken via whats app en het personeel is zelf ook pro actief via de app contact aan het zoeken of ze je ergens mee kunnen helpen etc etc..

Cons:

Een van de dingen kernwaarde van Peru is zijn geweldige keuken en het feit dat je op iedere hoek van de straat wel iets lekkers kan eten. Op de dag 1 kregen we een broodje met zeer droge kip en een thee. Dag 2 kregen we wel een menu aangeboden om te kiezen, maar alsnog krijg je zeer weinig. Dag 3 weer het menuutje. Het is geen hotel waardig ontbijt.. Wil je iets Extra's dan moet je betalen. Kan het personeel uiteraard niks aan doen. De eigenaar kiest voor dit beleid van karigheid.

Het feit dat ik bij het uitchecken een boete moest betalen, omdat een handdoek te vies was. Achtergrond verhaal is dat er een tour is waarbij je helemaal insmeert met een natuurlijk vulkanische "modder" leuke tour samen bij de thermaal baden. Na de tour gedoucht in het hotel en helaas was, na grondig douchen nog wat viezigheid op de handdoek gekomen. Ik heb het inmiddels ook uit mij kleding gewast. Niks aan het handje, maar het hotel eiste een betaling waar je gemiddeld 4 nieuwe handdoeken voor kan kopen in Peru. Helaas is het ongeveer het verhaal van het hotel. Aardig personeel, niks mis mee, maar de eigenaar heeft ervoor gekozen dat er letterlijk voor alles extra betaald moet worden. Zal mij niks verbazen wanneer zelfs de moto taxi's die voor de deur staan nog geld moeten afstaan. (Uiteraard een aanname)

Pros:

Wir wurden sehr nett und freundlich empfangen. Hatten das etwas größere Zimmer gebucht, riesiges super bequemes Bett, sehr sauber, alles da, inklusive Klimaanlage. Es war ein sehr ruhiges Zimmer. Keine Mücken im Hotel. Wir haben den Pool mit schöner Aussicht sehr gern genutzt, möglich von 6 bis 21:30, toll nach den Ausflügen. Die Lage fanden wir super, nicht weit zur Innenstadt und in die Natur. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.
