Cons:

Die Tiefgarage war etwas spannend - alleine hätte ich mich nicht getraut diese 2 dunklen Stockwerke runterzufahren. Vor allem es standen in der gesamtem Garage nur 3 Autos. Die Abfahrt war auch sehr eng, was mir der Vermieter im Vorhinein aber mitgeteilt hat. Wir sind dennoch mit einem Kombi ohne Schaden runter und auch wieder hochgefahren. War jedoch Zentimeterarbeit.
Vielleicht sollte man dauerhaftes Licht anbringen.

Super unkomplizierte Kommunikation und Informationsweitergabe. Einfaches check in.
Tolle Zimmer, ruhig, sauber, ausgestattet mut allem, was man braucht. Lage sehr ruhig aber fußläufig zur Innenstadt. Parkgarage war echt hilfreich. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Vielen Dank!

Pros:

Extrem gemütliche Lage. In einem netten Innenhof, ohne Straßenlärm, ohne laute Nachbar*innen. Das haus ist ein Neubau - sauber und gepflegt. Unsere Wohnung war mit einer Kaffeemaschine, einer Mikrowelle und einem Induktionskochfeld ausgestattet. Es gab auch genug Geschirr und Gläser. WLAN war schnell und ohne Unterbrechungen. Das Badezimmer ist sehr sauber. Die Matrazen sind super weich - sofortiges Einschlafen garantiert :)
Und als cherry on top eine süße Terrasse

Mit Abstand die besten Apartments die ich je gebucht hab.
