Pros:

Lovely spacious suite, clean and in central location
Pros:

The suite was spacious and so clean! And so close to everything - restaurants, coffee, metro/bus, major and minor attractions. We were greeted by the lovely Maria who was so hospitable and communicative. We loved our stay.

A lovely apartment at the heart of Athens

Beautiful apartment, amazing location, totally recommend!
Pros:

Perfect location, walking distance from everything but yet a very quiet place to stay.
A lot of vegan options right next to us which was great.
Super clean, modern, spacious and comfortable. The hostess was very nice and available, we had everything we needed in the room and they helped with anything else we needed like extra towels and blankets.
She even helped out with places to go and a number for a taxi driver to the airport.

Cons:

You do need to press a button to get hot water, you might have to wait about 20 minutes. However, we just kept pressing it and pretty much had hot water the whole time.

Η Μαρία στην ρεσεψιόν ήταν πολύ καλή κατατοπιστική, πρόσχαρη και ότι ζητήσαμε άμεσα μας εξυπηρέτησε !
Ένα πράγμα το οποίο μου έκανε εντύπωση κα πουθενά δεν μου έτυχε ξανά, είναι το γεγονός ότι οι κοπέλες που ερχόντουσαν στα διαμερίσματα φορούσαν σακουλάκια στα παπούτσια !

Cons:

Ολα ήταν καταπληκτικά !

Definite value in the immediate centre
Pros:

Location! Location! Location!

The room (although compact) had every necessary amenity. There was plenty of hot water, a spacious balcony, a comfortable bed with linens that had been appropriately washed without the use of over-scented detergents/softeners. The staff were pleasant and professional. A!

Cons:

There is a tendency for hotels in Greece to overuse disinfectant sprays indoors in order to eliminate or mask common mould or damp scents often found within older concrete structures. This is a very common practice in Greece but has a potential to cause discomfort. This was the case during my stay at this property. And given that I was staying there during one of the coldest days of the year, opening the windows to aerate the room was not an option. I would add that the metal railings on the exterior were rattling all night in the wind, which made a noise that disrupted my rest at several points throughout the night. The desk chair’s back support was broken.
