Helt utmärkt hotell! Vi kommer tillbaka nästa vår igen från Sundsvall. Lennart och Karin Westberg

Otroligt bra frukost med många fräscha inslag. Mycket trevlig personal! Luftig och trevlig lokal.

Cons:

Inget, allt var på topp! Läget utmärkt. Mycket nära spårvagn och bussar samt färja. Vi bor på Karlatornet andra året i rad åtta nätter för kusinträff i Göteborg. Och vi kommer tillbaka nästa vår igen. Personalen i receptionen och frukostmatsalen var jättbra. Städningen var noggrann och utmärkt aöla dagarna (trevlig personal)!!!

ligger på ett industriområde avskärmat från allt annat,
katastrofalt dåligt hissystem, tog åtta minuter att komma ner, när man väl kom ner så öppnades inte dörrarna utan åkte upp igen för att hämta nån boende som tryckt på knappen(tror de boende har förtur på hissarna)
betalde dubbla priset för att bo högst upp, men när vi kom in så var fönstren så skitiga så man såg knappt ut.
strulade även en hel del i restaurangen på kvällen

Hinta - Laatu suhde ei täsmää. lian kallis verrattuna mitä saa sillä hinnalla.
Pros:

Aamiainen oli ihan ok ja vastasi perustasoa. Hotellin yleisilme oli siisti, ja erityisesti kalliimmissa huoneissa kokonaisuus vaikutti laadukkaammalta. Pysäköinti oli myös kätevästi lähellä hotellia, mikä oli positiivista, vaikka pysäköinnistä veloitettava erillinen maksu tuntui melko korkealta hotellihuoneen hinnan lisäksi.

Kokonaisuutena hotellissa oli joitakin hyviä puolia, mutta hinta-laatusuhde ei mielestäni ollut paras mahdollinen.

Cons:

Henkilökunta ei ollut lainkaan niin ystävällistä ja palvelualtista kuin odotimme. Esimerkiksi lähellä sijaitsevassa Radisson-hotellissa henkilökunta on kokemuksemme mukaan huomattavasti ystävällisempää, kohteliaampaa ja asiakaspalveluhenkisempää. Tässä hotellissa emme kokeneet saavamme erityisen hyvää vastaanottoa emmekä tunteneet itseämme samalla tavalla tervetulleiksi.

Lisäksi yläkerran parvekelasit sekä ikkunat olivat todella likaiset ja kaipaisivat selvästi kunnollista ikkunanpesua. Hotellin opasteet ja ohjeistukset eivät myöskään olleet parhaalla mahdollisella tasolla, ja niitä voisi parantaa huomattavasti.

Maksoimme lähes yli 570 euroa yhdestä yöstä, eikä kokemus mielestämme vastannut hintaa. Huone oli sinänsä ihan ok, mutta ei mitenkään erityisen hieno tai laadukas siihen nähden, kuinka korkea hinta oli. Ravintolan ruokavalikoima oli myös melko rajallinen, vaikka ruoka oli muuten ihan ok.

Yhteenvetona hotelli ei ollut huono, mutta kokonaisuus ei vastannut odotuksiamme eikä ollut mielestämme hintansa arvoinen.

I would come back to the hotel. It was good value for money.
Pros:

Great breakfast. Good selection of food, bread and vegetables. Good coffee and tea. I don't hink if they cook your breafast to order.

Cons:

The hotel advert refers to the high-rise building. But in fact the hotel is simply beside that tall building. I find it mis-selling. My initial thought was that I would stay in the tallest building in Gothenburg - but in fact the hotel is next to it.

If you want to use the spa, they shut about 5 or 6 pm. And not working on Mondays - I believe.
