Luktade mögel i badrummet, dyr parkering, lite utbud i restaurangen. Inget hotell att rekommendera. + till personalen so

Trevlig personal.

Cons:

Att frukosttiderna ändrats. Hann inte äta på morgonen innan vi var tvungna att åka för att vara itid till våra sm- starter i boule på bananpiren

Comfortable hotel, good amenities, exactly what we needed
Pros:

Tram network is great, hotel is modern and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious.

Cons:

Rooms weren’t cleaned every day as expected/states. Would have been lovely to have a bar at the top of the building but that’s just a nice to have (we went to the rooftop bar at their sister hotel around the corner)

Blev blåst på ett besök i restaurangen. Var inte öppnat trots annonsering därom. Mycket som saknas tyvärr.

Saknar något utrymme för förvaring. Vill inte bo i resväskan! Dålig och rörig info om området. Saknar en riktig räkmacka i baren. Dålig meny. P-platser måste ordnas.

Pros:

Utöver vår upplevelse vid incheckningen så har vi bara bra att säga. I övrigt rent och fräscht och trevlig personal.

Cons:

Undermålig städning. Checkade in sent på kvällen och fick ett rum som uppenbart inte var städat. Det var massor med hår kring golvet i hela rummet samt badrummet, smutsfläckar på avställningsytor och i duschen. Sängen var bäddad som att rummet skulle ha varit städat men när vi lyfte på täcket var det hår även i sängen och det såg ut som att någon hade legat där, troligtvis inte renbäddat. Först fick vi beskedet från receptionen att det inte gick att lösa situationen direkt då det inte fanns personal som kunde städa rummet men att vi kunde få ett nytt rum dagen efter. Killen i receptionen var väldigt hjälpsam och fixade till slut så att vi fick ett annat, bättre rum som var rent och fint samma kväll.

Bekvämt och lugnt hotell på Lindholmen!
Pros:

Nytt och fräscht. Trevlig personal. Nära till båt och/eller spårvagn.

Cons:

För liten eller för stor kudde. Duschen skön men skvätter ner vatten på golvet.

Super trevlig personal både i telefon och i verkligheten alltid hjälpsamma inga konstigheter nån gång

Personalen var de bästa med vistelsen och härlig utsikt från Suit 58, och en kul grej att prova på och lite nostalgi från när jag va med och byggde på de
