Great hotel and easy access from the city centre but don't bother with the spa.
Pros:

Quiet location that was easy to get to on the tram ir the free harbour boat.

Great breakfast and friendly staff.

Cons:

The spa was a bit disappointing. When it described "pool" I assumed it would be deep and long enough for a short swim. It was just a large paddling pool.

Cons:

Det som drog ner betyget var att det var stopp i avloppet i duschen. Jag kontaktade receptionen direkt och fick även ringa igen efter över en timme för att påminna. Tyvärr åtgärdades problemet inte innan vi skulle iväg på fest, vilket innebar att vi inte kunde duscha. Erbjöds ingen som helst kompensation.

Dejlige værelse - med udsigt til vand

Cons:

Vi ikke blev gjort opmærksom på , hvis vi ønskede oprydning skulle vi sætte skilt på døren . Vores venner fik uden skilt. Da vi henvendte os i receptionen og spurgte om hvordan det kunne være - venner fik Rene glas- skrev hun ned - og næste dag fik de ingen Rene glas. Men ingen forklaring .
