Pros:

Krasny moderni apartman, klidny, blizko ski arealu.

Cons:

Jediny nedostatek byly nekvalitni matrace na rozkladacim luzku, coz byste u tak moderniho apartmanu necekali.

Pros:

Do Abertam jsme se s manželem vrátili téměř po deseti letech. Bylo fajn vidět, že nemovitosti včetně budovy Abertamy apartments byly zrekonstruovány. S ubytováním jsme byli maximálně spokojeni. Ocenili jsme také možnost využít saunu v budově. Všimli jsme si i úschoven kol. Možná přijedeme i v létě 🙂

Cons:

Stálo by za to, umístit do dvora popelnici navíc. Neměli jsme kam vyhodit odpadky, ty dvě, co tam byly, byly vrchovatě naplněny. Bohužel ani město Abertamy asi netřídí odpady, pak bychom alespoň sklo a plasty nenechali při odjezdu v apartmánu 😟

Pros:

Unmöglich, um dort mit mehr als 2 Personen zu schlafen. Achtung beim Buchen: im Studio für 4 Personen schläft man neben einem Lauten Kühlschrank. Zu viert.... Im Appartement für 6 Personen schlafen nur 2 Personen in einem Bett... gut auf die Bilder schauen, dann erkennt man es auch.
Das moderne Türsystem ist cool, aber funktioniert oft nicht. Dann wartet man.... und wartet.... irgendwann kommt man dann rein. Auch beim Rausgehen waren wir mal eingeschlossen. Gruselig! Keine Empfehlung!

Apartmán je skvěle vybavený, čistý, tichý, skvělé místo. Můžu jen doporučit.

Cons:

Apartmán nabízí saunu, k jejímu využití však není poskytnuto dostatek informací. Až na místě při vstupu do prostoru sauny teprve zjistíte systém rezervace (přes QR kód). Dochází pak k tomu, že Vás při saunování ruší další hosté. Doporučila bych vyvěsit alespoň návod na používání (rezervaci) na vstupní dveře sauny. Jinak saunu hodnotím velmi pozitivně.

Sehr tolle Wohnung, aber leider sehr schlechte Kommunikation der Informationen.
Pros:

Die Wohnung ist zwar klein, aber sehr schön. Die Betten, Stühle und Sessel sind sehr bequem, sodass man gut ohne Sofa auskommt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und das Bad ist auch sehr schön. Die Sauna im Keller ist natürlich auch sehr genial - für nur 8 Euro eine Stunde privat saunieren ist eine sehr schöne Option!

Cons:

Die Kommunikation war leider sehr schlecht. In den Tagen vor der Buchung erhält man jeden Tag mindestens eine E-Mail - insgesamt 9 E-Mails! Die Infos darin sind sehr ähnlich aber doch unterschiedlich, sodass man schnell den Überblick verliert. Und leider hat man dann trotz aller E-Mails nicht alle notwendigen Infos:
- In den Mails steht, man solle den Schlüssel aus der Schlüsselbox abholen. Der Code funktioniert dort aber nicht. Nach etwas Frust merkt man, dass die Schlüsselboxen nicht mehr genutzt werden, und man den Code direkt an der Wohnungstür angeben muss.
- In einer Mail stand der Code für die Haustür. Dieser funktionierte nicht! Hätten wir nicht andere Gäste des Hauses getroffen, hätten wir es nicht geschafft in das Haus zu kommen.
- In allen E-Mails steht, das Apartment sei in der 3. Etage. Tatsächlich ist es aber in der zweiten Etage.
- In einer E-Mail steht, welchen Parkplatz man nutzen sollte (Inklusive Nummer des Stellplatzes). Allerdings haben die Stellplätze keine Nummern. Das Schild, man dürfe nur 3 Stunden parken, verunsichert einen auch.
- Die Sauna kann man online reservieren, und sie soll dann wohl automatisch aufgeheizt werden. Das hat einmal geklappt, beim zweiten Versuch war die Sauna leider kalt, und wir mussten sie manuell starten und über eine halbe Stunde warten.

Liebe Gastgeber: Bitte korrigiert diese vielen falschen Infos! Das überschattet den Aufenthalt in der wunderbaren Wohnung doch sehr.

Krásné moderní ubytování v srdci Krušných hor.
Pros:

Čistý, pěkný, moderně zařízený apartmán

Cons:

V době našeho pobytu mimo sezónu je to mrtvé město, žádná otevřená restaurace, jen obchody (to samozřejmě nehodnotím jako chybu ubytování, jen to konstatuji)
Jedno parkovací místo na apartmán.
Náš apartmán booking nabídl pro 4+2 osoby. Vešli jsme se v pohodě. 2 děti na patrové posteli s nosností 80kg, patrové postele byly také kratší, řekl bych do 180cm.

Pros:

Byli jsme zde již podruhé. Poprvé jsme měli s ubytováním skvělé zkušenosti. Lokalita skvělá na výlety. Vybavení apartmánu skvělé.

Cons:

Bohužel po příchodu do apartmánu byla všude velmi cítit moč. Jelikož jsme přijeli večer s dítětem, nebyl už čas řešit jiné ubytování. V místní trafice jsme koupili čisticí prostředky a celý apartmán jsme si vytřeli. Nemile nás překvapilo, že po vytření podlahy byl hadr dost špinavý, tudíž bylo vidět, že se s úklidem nikdo moc nezabýval. Museli jsme si umýt i toaletu odkud šel nejvíc zápach a o čistotě se taky mluvit nedalo. Během pobytu jsme pod postelí, podsedáky na židlích a pohovkou našli spoustu chuchvalců prachu a ponožku (máme malé dítě a občas při hraní na zemi mu spadla hračka pod nábytek, tak jsme na nepořádek narazili). Trochu nás to celé zklamalo. Čistotu apartmánu považuji za velmi důležitou a zde by stačil základní úklid a hned by byl celkový dojem z ubytování výborný. Bohužel se tak tentokrát nestalo.
