Incredible host!
Pros:

Raul is a gem. He waited for us until 1:30am after we got held up in the airport. Very welcoming and happy to have you in his home. Bed is comfortable and you have a private bathroom (across the hall). Very safe neighborhood and the building is in a gated community to further the safety.

Cons:

Room is simple but looks exactly like the pictures so you know what you are getting and is a great place for the price.

The host Raul takes his duty very seriously, and will be pleased to help you with advices or flexible check-in and services

The appartment has all the essential ammenities, and makes a good option for a budget stay

Cons:

You will be a guest in someone's home. As such you will be expected to do things as you are told to, and not necessarily as you would want to.

If you want more freedom, you can find entire flats (studio) for yourself for about 25% more in price.

The facilities feel a bit worn out, and might not match modern standards. Even though the neighbourhood is very quiet at night, it is still noisy during daytime (dogs, security sirens).

The windows have gaps and don't filter the noise. The curtain are very thin, and bright outdoor lights will come in at night. Better to bring some face mask if you're sensitive to it.

Pros:

La struttura si trova in un condominio privato accogliente con giardino e giochi per i bambini.la posizione è ottima per visitare miraflores e buona per raggiungere il centro storico di Lima. L'alloggio dispone di camere private con letti comodi ed uso cucina (frigorifero compreso!!) al bisogno

Cons:

Mi sarebbe piaciuto poter lasciare parte dei bagagli ma al momento questo tipo di servizio non è disponibile

Es una buena ubicación cercana al metropolitano y fácil de llegar. Un condominio seguro.
