Good stay, good breakfast, and a nice location. Nuwara Eliya is a wonderful place to relax and unwind in the mountains, and this property is perfectly located for that. The property itself and the nearby surroundings are beautiful, making it a lovely spot to slow down and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. Only one Restaurant near the property though, so the options are limited that way.

Very quiet and clean hotel outside of Nuwara Elija in Little England set overlooking a tea plantation.
It’s a bit remote but beautiful setting.

A bit out of the way from the town
The room was large and comfortable.
Breakfast was English style and was very good.
The staff was very attentive and professional.
The bed matters was too hard.
The Service, staff, food, just about everything.
The bathroom needs to be upgraded a bit.
The worst thing is a huge gap between what you see on the photos (when you make a decision to come here) and what you get.
The staff look like it is well trained. They try to follow the scripts, but they don't know why they have to do it. They will make you a room tour and leave you there without toilet paper. They will open the door for you, but leave a dust cloth on the windowsill of your room.
You will expect Free toiletries, but what you get is a black tube with 'shampoo' written on it with a pink marker. You will get a constantly switching shower (from top shower to the hand-shower) and constantly changing water pressure. You can't understand how the owner could built such a beautiful building (both inside and outside) and how the impression can be spoiled by the poor service. The only good thing I can remember here was the breakfast: the size of portion and the taste have been good, the service during the breakfast was outstanding. I try stay sincere in my review even though I am completely disappointed by the hotel.
Staying here has been a complete waste of money. Just compare the photos what they promise and see my photos what you get. If you want to stay overnight with such toiletries and without toilet paper for around 135 USD, you are welcome here. But I think you'd better not. The fair price of such stay have to cost half the price.
Staff was amazing! They were very helpful, kind and supportive, including the chef. We really liked the cottage, it had a colonial vibe and located in a private area as well. The food provided in the cottage is awesome as well. We stayed in a room in superior category and it was spacious enough for 2 people.
Nothing much to say, but the bed was not that comfortable as it was a queen size bed. Not much space for 2 poeple. But room was clean, bed linen and towels were clean.
