Amazing location with great views. It gives a great touch of England! Additionally the staff was very helpful.

Very lovely stay at the Winchester
Pros:

Little England is a bizarre experience to be in the middle of all these English style homes in the middle of Sri Lanka. It is a beautiful community and we loved our stay here. It feels very home-like and makes for a comfortable stay. The staff are brilliant and make sure you’re well taken care of during your stay. The owner should be very proud of the people working at the residence. We had dinner and then breakfast the next morning, both were great and plentiful. You almost feel bad you can’t make your way through all the food!

Cons:

Shower water pressure/temperature was a little inconsistent, but manageable.

Not a negative for us, but keep in mind you are not in the hustle and the bustle of a town. There are no shops and limited dining options in walking distance. You can always get a tuktuk or car to bring you into the town. We found this relaxing

Good value and ideal for a couple on a quick stay.
Pros:

Nice gated community. Enjoyed the location.

Cons:

There were no water bottles in the room. The bed was quite uncomfortable, rather small and the mattress was quite hard.

Pros:

The cottage is inside a gated community with well maintained gardens and every cottage is built in English style. The place is very well maintained and the staff (Christy) was a great help.

Decent homestay
Pros:

A lovely English cottage feel that was well appointed. Proximity to tea plantations and gardens.

Cons:

Staff not that friendly. No options for good food. Breakfast was substandard.
Was too pricey for value provided.

宿泊先の方は良い方でサービスも丁寧でした。

Cons:

本来予約したヴィラを勝手にキャンセルされ、古い別館に移動。中東地域のイランとアメリカの紛争で、フライトをキャンセルとなった人達が延泊する事になり、まさに延泊する人達を優先させたようだ。私のように一泊のみの宿泊客は、ウェルカムではなかったようだ。
隣人が保有する一階のヴィラに移動となった。エアコンの音が大き過ぎて、全く熟睡できず、おかげで風邪をひいた。旅の途中でクレームにしたくなかったので、やむなく納得したが、ホテルのオーナー、イギリス在住のスリランカ人が勝手にキャンセル扱いとし、操作するのは規定違反ではないでしょうか？

日本だと有り得ない失礼なサービスで、行為だと思った。宿泊

Pros:

Good stay, good breakfast, and a nice location. Nuwara Eliya is a wonderful place to relax and unwind in the mountains, and this property is perfectly located for that. The property itself and the nearby surroundings are beautiful, making it a lovely spot to slow down and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. Only one Restaurant near the property though, so the options are limited that way.
