I like their room and decorations. More space and also their stuffs behavior was very good.
I almost like everything. But I like to suggest to provide comfort blanket with soft microfiber pillow.
They don’t Supportive or they need extra money if you want to spend your private time with your partner
The hotel is an old building but the room size is bigger, intercom is not available and electricity is a very big issue due to WiFi strength most of the time couldn't complete mail correspondence works accurately. the lift is very slow, close to other restaurants is very expensive as for example the Delhi restaurant, I bought 3 small pieces of beef 170 Taka with one useless bone mixed, inside the hotel walking space is very wide I have enjoyed the space and room during my stay.
The breakfast was not appropriate, most foods are local gust centric, management should not consider how outside people will enjoy their breakfast, most of the time food was cold they are not aware about it, one lady was always busy with the recommendation card but it was meaning less, very limited menu and they were serving with the conservative moods with small amount of food basically the looks was not nice. professional shafe is very important if management will consider.
local or seasonal fruits were not available during my stay, I have noticed at the front desk receptionist

The room service staff were not professional but their behavior was nice,
my recommendation is, please keep some important mobile numbers at the front desk The upcoming guest can get help about it easily and please consider and keep some foods for the outside of sylhety gusts they can enjoy in the upcoming days appropriately

The hotel was good value for money. The room was clean, and the staff’s behavior was also good. Overall, it’s one of the best value-for-money hotels.
One of the closet doors was slightly broken, but I didn’t need to use it. The AC was an old model, and some of the bedside switches were broken.
Crew was exceptional, hotel wasn’t that modern but crew made the difference. It was worth every penny.
They were having issue with card payment, and I had very little cash on me.
This place is very good value for money, plus the bonus of breakfast in the morning. The staff were fantastic and assisted any time they could and the food offered throughout the day was very nice. Also a nicely comfortable bed. A worker willingly helped me get a ride in the morning
Only improvement would be to have all ingredients ready so you don’t get told certain items are not on the menu when you place a food order
The room was specious, the toilet had a cozy bathtub, price was reasonable. It’s a great value for money for two person to stay in this double room. The check in and out hassle free. Staff were welcoming. I'd love to stay here again.
Some bed lights and switches were broken but not a big deal.
