Pros:

Die Unterkunft selbst kann ich nicht bewerten, aber die Kommunikation bei Buchungsfragen.
Ich habe nach der Buchung festgestellt, dass das Hotel für Radfahrer nicht wirklich zu erreichen ist. Habe dann mit einer Mitarbeiterin telefoniert, die mir Hoffnung gemacht hat, dass ich nichts bezahlen muss. Leider hat das aber anscheinend die Geschäftsführung doch nicht genehmigt. Ich hab mich dann auch nochmals persönlich an die Leitung gewendet, aber leider überhaupt keine Reaktion. Finde ich schon schwach, dass man nicht mal einen Teil zurück bekommt

The beds had an unpleasant smell in the room. We had paid for a double bed, but instead we were given two separate beds pushed together. There was also some kind of plastic cover or bag underneath the bedsheet, which made the bed uncomfortable.

Empfang war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die Zimmer verfügen über keinen Ventilator. Wenn schon keine Klima, dann standartmässig bei Themparaturen um 30° bitte ein leisen Ventilator.
In den Morgenstunden konnte doch noch gelüftet werden.
