El personal que administra el lugar es muy hospitalario
Algunas fallas en infraestructura y señalización pobre para llegar
La atención del personal es demasiado amplia, son muy amables y serviciales. Nos trataron muy bien, pasamos unos días increíbles en el lugar
De nada sirve hacer reserva porque ya la habitación la habían tomado
Nos hicieron el favor de ir hasta el pueblo Monterrey à compras nuestros alimentos y conseguir guayabas.
No habia servicio de piscina.
First, I’d like to highlight that the location of the hotel was perfect. It was easy to get into town, and the area was quiet and peaceful, which made for a very relaxing stay. I especially enjoyed seeing the many birds around the property, and as someone who loves to walk in the mornings, I felt very safe walking around the area.
Additionally, the staff were friendly and welcoming, which added to the overall positive experience.
The food was decent, but I wasn’t expecting a lunch that ended up costing 90,000 Pesos. I was asked if I wanted the soup, but had no idea it would come with such a hefty price tag. Lesson learned: always ask for prices up front! It felt like the soup might’ve been more about using up ingredients that had been sitting in the freezer for too long than a menu choice. Honestly, I felt like I was constantly being pushed to try new things, and it started to feel a bit overwhelming. By the end of the trip, we ended up spending most nights in our room just to have some privacy and relax away from the constant pressure to "experience everything."

Debería tener más señalizaciones hasta las instalaciones, porque nos pasamos un poquito y resultamos en otra finca
La atención; el personal es muy cálido, servicial y con pequeños detalles hacen de una estancia muy acogedora; las habitaciones estaban limpias y son muy cómodas.
Falta un poco de señalizacion para llegar, sin embargo el personal nos ayudó bastante para ubicarnos.

El entorno ya que es alejado y es muy tranquilo, el ambiente, la naturaleza y las instalaciones estupendas, recomendado si buscan estar en un entorno natural tranquilo.
Un poco difícil llegar la primera ves al lugar ya que es bien adentro ala llanuras pero exequible seguir la vía pavimentada recomendación poner un poco mas de avisos de dirección ala hospedaje
Silencio y tranquilidad. Buena atención y servicio. Cómodas habitaciones en ambiente campestre.
Podría mejorarse la señalizacion para llegar, sobretodo si se llega de noche y no conoces el sitio.
Es necesario que tengan datáfono para los pagos..
