Honestly this stay definitely exceeded my expectations 💯. The host was just a warm, welcoming and awesome lady, she made sure we were ok with everything, the place was so clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend 💯 not to mention that they have a river by the back that we have access to and tubing at an extra cost that we definitely enjoyed... the stay overall was absolutely amazing I will definitely be going back in the future ❤

There was a huge party at the house, without informing us in advance.

The property was clean, well organized, welcoming, and the owners were resourceful, friendly, warm, I felt right at home.
I liked everything about the property and would recommend it to others.
I loved that Hilary, Corey and P.J were so warm, welcoming and made me feel right at home as a solo traveller.
My room was modern and exceptionally clean, the cooking facilities were great and there were also staff on site like Nick who took me on tours and Ryan (the designated driver) who was my chaperone into town - Ochi.
The hidden gem for me was the almost exclusive access to the White river running around the back of the house where I had a limestone massage or would sit and meditate in the mornings. They even offer Tubing tours along the river which I thought was absolutely fantastic!
Idilio escape was a calm, comfortable and memorable experience. I would definitely book and go back.
If I had to pick one thing I would say the amount of steps down to the gazebo. I could manage however some might be expecting a ramp as an alternative or steps that are closer together?
The location of the property is great. I loved that it was right on the river. We got a great room with a large balcony with amazing views. I love that the property is also Jamaican owned - support local!
