I want to move in.
Pros:

Very comfortable and spacious with a big balcony and good views. Very near shops (especially a big 24-hour supermarket) and a comfortable location.

Cons:

Very little. One of the doormen was slightly stern but not too bad. Something of a distance from all the "action@ in El Poblado but that applies to most of El Poblado anyway.
