Pros:

Room was clean and not warm due to position and lot of nature in the garden.

Don't believe what you see in photos, in reality it's not at all like that...
Pros:

Only appreciable thing it is that there is a lot of green trees in the garden...

Cons:

There is a lot to write about here... If you think to go with your family and kids, think twice because you will always get the owners behind you making observations ( to not do that, and not do another... ), there are always there 24/24 watching you, you just don't get any freedom of relaxing as you want outside of your room. Also kids cannot play cause they always complain about that.

Second thing is about the bathroom from the room, if we can call that a bathroom, because you cannot take a shower normally cause there is just no space for that, and it always smells like from the public toilets...

Overall we just got a bad experience and we regret that we reserved a room here, just lost a week there...

Es lohnt sich mindestens einmal auszuprobieren
Pros:

Die Lage war sehr gut und das Personal sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und offen zu den Touristen. Die Villa befindet sich unterhalb vom Wald und deswegen ist es kühler, als sonst. Im Hof gibt es viele Pflanzen und Bäume, daher ist es sehr angenehm und nett. Man kann zu Fuß einige Sonnensstrände durch einen ziemlich steilen Weg beim Stadtplatz erreichen. Golden Beach ist 8 min und Paradise Beach 15 min mit Auto entfernt. Die Matratzen waren sehr bequem. Es ist sehr zum Empfehlen sowohl für Familien, als auch für Pärchen.

Cons:

Uns war es leider zu dritt ein bisschen zu eng im Zimmer und es gibt keine eigene Küche drinnen.
Trotzdem fuhren wir nach unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden nach Hause zurück.
