Muy bien
Pros:

El sitio es muy bonito, tiene un encanto especial. Nos tocó la habitación más antigua en el otro ala del edificio, en la torre. El desayuno variado y rico, el personal muy amable. Tiene un restaurante con terraza muy agradable. Nos gustó mucho

Cons:

La habitación era un poco pequeña y el baño también.

Great location and convient !
Pros:

Close to family, easy with Uber to go down town. Have been there several times, feel “at home”

Cons:

Every day we had to tell the front desk to get the room cleaned! As Americans we want AC in the room! The different wines in the mini bar were not great!

Disappointing
Pros:

Nice Location and looks, copy of ESS group

Cons:

Bathroom old and too small, restaurant and spa was closed, which was one of the reasons we chose this hotel.
Staff was not welcoming by Check in, insist it was paid despite proof that it was paid via Booking.com.
Room, had previous guest dental stick on bathroom floor. And coffee mug stod ready, but turned around still had the old coffee inside fro
Previous guest. When cleaning was done they did not shake bed sheet. Was still sand in the bed, despite it looked bedded. Forgot my white shirt on the bed, called them after I checked out, but they never found it, despite it was there. So don't feel safe with stealing staff.

Pros:

Det var jättegod frukost!

Cons:

Vi fick vänta länge på att få beställa middagen när vi satt ute på terrassen, det var gäster bredvid som kom efter oss som vi upplevde prioriterades och vi fick vänta ganska länge vilket vi kanske inte hoppade jämfota över. Vi åt en caesarsallad både jag och min man och den smakade inte så mycket tyvärr.

Stor variation i upplevelser.
Pros:

Överraskande mysigt planerat och med stora och många sociala ytor. Vidunderlig utsikt.

Cons:

Vårt rum andra gången (bokade in oss två gånger) hade obefintligt med toalettpapper när vi kom in sent på kvällen.
Vi fick mindre trevlig middags servering/bemötande andra bokningen så vi valde att inte genomföra en fullständig middag utan drog vidare. Ytterst tråkigt då vi kvällen innan fått en angenäm betjäning.

Gelungener Aufenthalt . Mit Hund( Golden Retriever) sogar im Restaurant geduldet,was in Schweden eher selten ist.

Hinta-laatusuhteeltaan erinomainen!
Pros:

Sijainti ja aamiainen olivat todella hyvät! Mukavaa pientä ajanvietettä pelien merkeissä ja muutenkin upea miljöö.

Cons:

Hotellissa käytetään todella, todella vahvoja tuoksuja, joten jos olet herkkä tuoksuille niin tämä ei ole sinun paikka. Lisäksi hotelli on upea, mutta huoneemme näkymä oli auton renkaisiin, joten se oli himpun pettymys😅
