Ok for a night but don’t expect to be too comfortable.
Pros:

The garden was very beautiful and the house is walking distance from the centre city.

Cons:

There were no bed sheets under the duvet. No toiletries nor towels were provided. My brother and I had an allergic attack in the middle of the night due to the dust. Moreover the house owners were also in the house with us, this was not clear when I booked.

Fabulous place to stay in Nuwara Eliya.
Pros:

Fabulous location just a five minute walk from the town center. This is a beatifully maintained, furnished and decorated homestay with a magnificent garden and incredible view towards Mt. Pedro, Sri Lankas highest peak. The Owners will provide breakfast and dinner, of an excellent quality, if you order in advance.

A must stay for travelers, families, small groups and Pekoe Trail hikers who want to experience a warm welcome and traditional Sri Lankan hospitality. Forget the higher priced hotels and stay here if you want truly great value for money.

Malauradament, no puc recomanar aquest hotel. L’habitació delux per la qual vam pagar per una nit tenia humitats a les parets, les mantes plenes de pols (hem dormit vestides), els coixins petits feien pudor a suat, el bany no tenia aigua calenta estable, la TV no funcionava, i feia molt de fred. Vam demanar calefacció i ens va dir que ho havíem de pagar apart. El llit estava trencat, sortien les punxes i te les clavaves… Experiència nefasta.

L’únic punt positiu és la localització. El jardí aparentment està bé però plovia quan vam anar-hi…

Wirklich sehr schönes Haus, unglaublich gemütlich. Leckeres Englisches Frühstück.

Leider Schimmel an den Gardinen und Fenstern, durch das nasse Wetter. Darum wird sich aber noch gekümmert.

Beautiful Homestay and lovely host!
Pros:

Lovely Homestay with a nice room! The owner was very friendly and attentive. The view from the home is beautiful - you can see the tallest mountain in Sri Lanka!

Cons:

My only negative is how cold it is here - however that is not their fault and they do provide blankets.

Gorgeous gardens, but mould in the room
Pros:

Beautiful house and gardens, great location to walk into town from, hot shower with excellent water pressure, lots of blankets.

Cons:

The room smelled musty, the walls and windows and curtains all had mould marks on them, the mattress felt old, and we had to buy a new adaptor for the two old-style round Type D plugs (the supplied adapter was too loose for Type G or I).
