Pros:

Neseniai nutiko netikėta situacija – keliaujant iš Dzūkijos sugedo mūsų automobilis. Likome keturiese (2 suaugę ir 2 vaikai) ir skubiai ieškojome vietos apsistoti, todėl pasirinkome „Tauragė Hotel“. Nuo pat pirmų minučių mus maloniai nustebino aptarnavimas – administratorė Asta pasitiko su nuoširdžia šypsena ir tikru rūpesčiu, jautėsi, kad jai svarbu ne tik formalumai, bet ir mūsų situacija. Taip pat didžiulį įspūdį paliko barmenė – abi darbuotojos buvo labai empatiškos, supratingos ir visada pasiruošusios padėti. Esame buvę ne viename viešbutyje, tačiau tokio šilto ir žmogiško aptarnavimo dar neteko patirti – tai buvo pirmas kartas, kai jautėmės ne kaip klientai, o kaip laukiami svečiai. Nuoširdžiai dėkojame už pagalbą ir rūpestį – būtent tokios patirtys ilgam išlieka atmintyje, todėl tikrai rekomenduojame!
