Ok for the price (just that) in winter.
Pros:

Location was nice, though a bit difficult to find as Google maps was not very precise. The view from the roof top was excellent. It is clearly meant for summer. One night I think we were the only guests. We were happy to find it in winter for that price. Nearby you have a minimarket.

Cons:

The structure is old. Clearly something built quickly in the Albanian chaos of the nineties. It needs to be refurbished completely: rooms, bathrooms, common areas. Though we visted in winter, the main door was always open and the airco running.

A dissapointing vila with unhelpful staff

The location was away from the busy streets but near enough to be convient

Poza sezonem turystycznym nie jest tak dobrze
Pros:

Pensjonat zlokalizowany jest w spokojnej okolicy parę kilometrów na południe od Wlory. Na miejscu dostępny jest prywatny parking. Dzięki temu, że pensjonat położony jest na wzgórzu widoki zarówno z pokoju jak i z tarasu na samej górze są naprawdę piękne.

Cons:

W pokoju była lodówka lecz niestety zabrakło czajnika. Suszarka do włosów pomimo tego, że była w pokoju to niestety nie działała. Z telewizorem było podobnie. Niby był, ale tak jakby go nie było, ponieważ pilot nie działał (przyciski na telewizorze nie wystarczyły na obsługę telewizora). O papier toaletowy trzeba było się prosić, ponieważ w dniu przyjazdu była tylko połowa jednej rolki (2 osoby i 6 dni pobytu).

Pierwszego dnia nie było wody w łazience. Właściciel nie poinformował nas o braku wody dodatkowo nie odpowiadał na wiadomości w tej sprawie. Jak się później okazało - wody brakowało w całym mieście, ale dowiedzieliśmy się tego dopiero kolejnego dnia od pani przewodnik w muzeum (szkoda, że nie od właściciela pensjonatu).

Z tego co czytałem przed przyjazdem, według opinii komunikacja z właścicielem pensjonatu jest bardzo dobra lecz nasze odczucia są zupełnie inne. Komunikacja z obiektem pozostawiała wiele do życzenia już od samego początku, ponieważ niektóre moje wiadomości były zupełnie ignorowane lub odpowiedzi zupełnie nie pokrywały się z pytaniem (automatycznie wygenerowane odpowiedzi z szablonu).

Nasz pobyt miał miejsce na przełomie grudnia i stycznia - poza sezonem turystycznym. Przypuszczam, że pewne niedogodności były spowodowane właśnie tym, niemniej jednak wydaje mi się, że każdy pobyt powinien być na podobnym poziomie.
