Auf unserer Rückreise von Bwindi nach Entebbe, haben wir den Ort Mbarara als Zwischenstopp gewählt und eine Nacht im Occazia verbracht. Die Zimmer sind sauber und sehr geräumig. Es ist sicher gelegen und verfügt über einen Nachtwächter. Direkt neben dem Hotel befindet sich eine Moschee, die man bei verschlossenem Fenster aber nicht als störend empfindet.
Man kann aus verschiedenen Frühstücksoptionen wählen.
Darüber hinaus haben wir ein Abendessen aus einer vielfältigen Karte zu guten Preisen bestellt.
Der Service ist sehr aufmerksam und super freundlich.
Great location not far away from the centre but mostly away from the noise and traffic. Attentive staff who will make you feel extremely welcome and can answer (and many times solve) any questions you may have regarding you travels in Uganda. Extremely safe with 24hr person on duty manging the gate. A good substantial breakfast in the morning with a wide selection of meals for lunch and dinner. The facilities are very pleasant and kept in a wonderful condition. I had a long stay here for work/study related purposes (6 weeks) and would happily return if I came back to Mbarara,

Personnel nonchalant, aucune isolation phonique et tentative d’arnaque lors du règlement de la note. Pour le service de lavage des vêtement une femme m’a dit 10 000 puis la responsable 50 000 … nous pensions nous reposer correctement au calme mais gros manque de respect des gens parlait fort,rigoler et des porte claquaient de 22h30 à 1h du matin !!! Le personnel n’avait pas l’air de se préoccuper du respect de ses client ! Du jamais vu après avoir passé 2 semaines en Ouganda !
Hotel mit gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, sauberen Zimmern und sehr freundlichen Personal.
Für einen Zwischenstopp sehr zu empfehlen.
Direkt neben dem Hotel gibt es eine Moschee - die Gebetgesänge sind sehr laut im Hotel zu hören und haben uns in der Nacht leider mehrmals geweckt.
Hotel muy reciente, con todo el confort, aunque un poco apartado merece la pena.
El personal sin mucha experiencia, trato un poco rudo. Pero bienintencionados. Necesitan un poco más de experiencia. Y anuncian habitaciones con dos camas que no tienen (hubo que improvisar).

My heater was not working right
Un lugar tranquilo donde poder descansar. La cama es muy cómoda, el baño perfecto, con agua caliente. Instalaciones limpias, personal amable y buena comida.
New and clean hotel. The staff is great and the breakfast is nice. Definitely would recommend it.
