Malá kuchyňská linka - dvouplotýnka na vaření, za to ale skvěle vybavená nádobím, nic nám nechybělo.

Manzelska postel strasne vrzgala a matrace boli znacne vylezane! To treba okamzite vymenit! Ziadne servis pocas pobytu. To znamena, ze sa hromadia odpadky a nikto nedoplni toaletny papier.

wir haben leider unser gebuchtes Seeblickzimmer aufgeben müssen, haben jedoch ein größeres Zimmer mit Küche bekommen, die Küche hatte jedoch keinen Backofen, was für uns im Urlaub schon praktisch ist und die Kaffeemaschine hat auch nicht funktioniert

Extrémně rozvrzané postele

Wenn man einen Nostalgie-Aufenthalt in einem Beherberungsmuseem möchte, ist man hier genau richtig! Teppichböden und Vorhänge aus den 80ern, wellige Tapeten an den Wänden und Gerümpel wohin man schaut, abgerundet durch den romantisch weichgezeichneten Blick durch völlig verdreckte Fenster. Auch der indirekte Kontakt zu den Vormietern, deren Haarbüschel noch im Bett gelegen haben, hat mich emotional berührt.

Chyběli nám tam zásuvky u komody, na které byla konvice, kávovar, toustovač. Museli jsme vypojit tv nebo světlo u nočního stolku, přístroj přesunout, abychom ho mohli použít. Jinak vše v pořádku.

Было жарко,кондиционера в номере нет.Во второй комнате было одно маленькое окно и воздуха просто не хватало.Кровать двухспальная ооочень скрипела,моментами мы думали она лопнет под нами(при переворачивании)даже боялись лишний раз повернуться.
Персонал на рецепшене отсутствует,доступен по вопросам только по телефону.

We stayed in Strobl, Austria, for two nights with our family. The room was on the 5th floor with a beautiful view — and that’s about the only positive. From the entrance hall the view is even better, but the windows there are so dirty that it’s impossible to enjoy it.
The bathrooms seem to have been recently renovated, but there are unfinished areas: exposed wiring above the bathroom door, and an electrical socket directly opposite the shower, which feels unsafe. The bed was terrible — the first night nobody slept because it squeaked even when you just breathed.
On the bedding we found black hairs that were clearly not ours — not sure if from previous guests or from whoever cleaned the room. There were also many hairs in the bathroom and kitchen. The shower tray had remains of a hair mask, which shows it wasn’t properly cleaned.
There was no one at reception; entering felt like walking into an abandoned building. The air inside was musty, clearly from lack of ventilation. Opening the room door was very difficult, especially when you arrive tired after a long trip.

The view from the hotel is phenomenal, but the dirty windows spoil the experience. Overall, the place has potential, but in its current state I cannot recommend it.

No wifi signal inside the house, only next to the elevator and the wifi password provided didn't even work. I tried to contact the staff but nobody replied. Furniture is dated, uncomfortable beds and they don't even have microwave. The building looked like an abandoned hotel.
