Go there for the Saturday market.
Pros:

Very good mattresses on the beds and welcoming staff. Incredible Saturday food market which took over the entire street and started being put up around 2:30am just outside of our window. Vast piles of fresh produce, beans to bananas, onions and mountains of tomatoes. Worth the night just to see this.

Cons:

Downtown moirés is not an attractive prospect. Very new town and no one knew of a restaurant to have dinner in. Hotel on a main thoroughfare and very noisy. Didn’t find an old part of town and had been told, separately by two people, that it was a tricky place to stop in.

La cortesia del personale, la pulizia, la posizione comoda per raggiungere diverse località . Il parcheggio . Ottimo il rapporto qualità - prezzo

Cons:

Il bagno dovrebbe avere la tenda doccia ma comunque , almeno per noi, non è stato un grande disagio . Ci sono circa 20 scale per salire al primo piano : la struttura non ha l'ascensore e mi sembra ci sia anche un secondo piano .

Pros:

Easy to find and no trouble checking in. Nice lady at reception showed us 2 rooms, one at the front of the hotel and one at the back. We opted for the rear room away from the main road. Double glazing kept any other noise out well and the aircon was quiet so a good night sleep was had.
Room a good size, clean, comfortable bed and decent shower room..hooray!
Included breakfast was a bit indifferent but some nice pastries and coffee.

Cons:

Nothing really to dislike, its a business class budget hotel.
