Perfect place to stay in El Poblado. It’s a short walk to Provenza and the park. Even though the hotel is in a very busy area, the noise did not affect us in the room. I barely heard anything. The staff was friendly, and the location was excellent. 10/10, definitely recommend.

Cons:

Breakfast was very limited. It's only 1 meal.

Hotel bem localizado.
Pros:

O hotel é bem localizado, próximo a muitos restaurantes, bares, farmácia, Provença Medellin. A Estação de metrô mais próxima fica a 10 min do hotel. O quarto não é espaçoso, mas confortável. O quarto tinha varanda.

Cons:

O quarto não é espaçoso (pouco espaço para as malas), não tem uma acústica boa (claramente você escuta a conversa nos corredores). Tem que deixar caução por danos. O café da manhã é a la carte e muito, muito simples. O espaço do café é bem pequeno, acho que as pessoas não costumam comer por lá. Banheiro também achei bem apertadinho. Fiquei no terceiro andar.

Ett modernt och trevligt hotell, men nattklubbarnas höga musik gör det svårt att sova.
Pros:

Helhetsintrycket av hotellet är mycket bra. Det är nytt och modernt, med vänlig och serviceinriktad personal. Frukosten är dock något begränsad och ganska oinspirerande; där skulle hotellet kunna anstränga sig lite mer. I övrigt är det ett sådant hotell som man utan tvekan skulle ge högsta betyg.

Cons:

Hotellet har en stor nackdel: läget. Området är vackert och trevligt under dagen, men på kvällarna och nätterna öppnar flera närliggande nattklubbar som spelar mycket hög musik, vilket gör det nästintill omöjligt att somna.

It seems like they are learning how to operate an hotel. Too many problems with internet connection, room keys. I could not use the internet from my room, and everytime I talked about it with any person in the front desk, it was like “okay…”

The reception makes a lot of noise during the night and also before 7am.

Also It is located in a very crowded area and I was expecting some noise from the bars around, but during my stay it was impossible to sleep for 2 nights.

The staff is really nice and they try to help, but I feel it needs more leadership.
