Personal muy servicialz muy amables, las instalaciones estaban limpias, excelente ubicación.
La oferta para el desayuno me parece un poco limitada, sería bueno mencionar que los huevos no son rancheros y que cualquier adicional tiene costo extra

Nos pusieron en una habitación que daba a la entrada, por lo tanto el ruido era insoportable. No mandan callar a la gente por la noche, mucho ruido, gente borracha en la entrada del hotel y nadie les dice nada. Deberían avisar si te dan esas dos habitaciones (primera planta dan al pasillo de la recepción) de que el ruido es insoportable, me decepcionó que no lo avisaran
Estuve alojada durante cinco días esta semana que pasó, y hoy me voy extrañando este lugar por la excelente experiencia que tuve.
La verdad, todo fue muy gratificante y cumplió completamente mis expectativas. La ubicación es increíble, muy cerca de todos los lugares donde necesitaba estar, lo que facilitó muchísimo mi movilidad en Medellín.
El personal fue demasiado amable en todo momento, me hicieron sentir como en casa. Además, todo estaba impecable: muy aseado y limpio.
Sin duda, recomendaría este hotel, especialmente por su ubicación en El Poblado y la calidad del servicio.
Good location in Medellín. El Poblado is very safe and there are tons of bars and restaurants.
The check-in experience was seamless. Also, as we were leaving early in the morning, it was great we could get a take away breakfast.
The hotel is surrounded by clubs, and the windows aren't very good. That means you hear the clubs blasting music like they were just in the next room until 4am EVERY DAY. If you value having a good rest, I'd stay elsewhere.
The room felt like a missed opportunity. It had nice things, like a very nice shower, but then it wasn't really finished to a high standard. For instance, it looked like in the painting hadn't been done professionally.

Categoría del hotel muy inferior a lo que aparenta en las fotos. Habitaciones muy pequeñas y ruido intenso toda la noche (justo al lado de una discoteca). Al salir me querían cobrar un valor adicional de $150.000 por un pequeña mancha de comida en la sabana. Deja mucho que desear.

The room was very clean and aesthetic, the staff is friendly and the rooftop is very pretty with great views. There is also a nice little terrace at the entrance that is very comfortable and very inviting to spend some time relaxing before heading out.
The noise levels both at night and during the day are excruciating. The supposed soundproofing definitely isn't doing its job, it genuinely sounds like one is inside a nightclub at all times, and the noise within the hotel also travels a lot. Therefore I hardly got any rest during the stay, which made is quite exhausting. Also, although the terrace is very pretty, it was randomly closed during the day, which was a little frustrating. The staff is friendly, but the communication could be better. There is a QR code indicating that communication with the reception is possible over WhatsApp, but when I texted them I received an automatically generated response and when I asked again, I received no answer. Also, a late checkout was agreed (and very appreciated!), but the next day the reception called me at the standard checkout time, so the late checkout was clearly not communicated internally.
Clean room
Location made the stay very noisy, difficult to sleep especially during a weekend stay, hotel also plays very loud music. Breakfast is only ok.
