Pros:

Personale molto gentile. Ci ha proposto un tour in una piccola barca di famiglia all’alba per il mercato galleggiante. La stanza é essenziale ma abbastanza pulita.

Cons:

É praticamente di fronte al mercato galleggiante quindi molto comodo per il giro all’alba, però la sera bisogna spostarsi in città perché non c’è nulla lí.

Tolle Lage am Markt.
Pros:

Der Besitzer ist super lieb und hilfsbereit. Er bietet einem direkt zu Beginn eine Bootsfahrt auf dem Fluss mit punkten wie dem schwimmenden Markt, einer Nudelfabrik und kleinen Kanälen an. Die Tour hat bei uns (6 Personen) 120.000 dong pro Person gekostet. Die Tour startet um 5:30 Uhr und geht bis rund 8:00 Uhr.
Die Dachterrasse ist super schön und hat Blick auf den Fluss.

Cons:

Auf den schwimmenden Märkte sind leider mehr Touris als Einheimische.

Short but lovely stay at Grandma House.
Pros:

The location, the calmness, the friendliness, the comfy bed. I came to Can Tho to visit the floating market with my parents, and the owner booked us a tour which was brilliant. Highly recommend Grandma House when visiting Can Tho.

La segunda habitación que nos dió estaba bien, aunque con solo una pequeña ventanita a través de la que no se ve nada

Cons:

La primera habitación tenía ratas corriendo por el falso techo. En intento convencer que no eran, al final nos cambiaron de habitación a una más que aceptable.

Super Zwischenstopp.
Pros:

Wir waren für eine Nacht dort und dafür war es völlig ausreichend. Man hatte alles was man benötigt, da wir eh nur kurz geschlafen haben und am nächsten Morgen auf den schwimmenden Markt sind. Die Lage war echt Mega. Ein paar Schritte aus der Unterkunft und dann ins Boot um auf den schwimmenden Markt zu kommen.

Cons:

Die Betten waren ein bisschen hart aber für ein-zwei Nächte ist es ok.

Pros:

Very well located for the floating market if that is your goal and grab taxi's easily available to get to the city centre. This is a simple good choice, very clean, functional room. Instant hot water. The owner offers a very affordable floating market boat trip and you can see part of the market from the communal balcony. Right side of town for Lung Ngoc Hoang reserve. Met our needs.

Cons:

Our bathroom was narrow, though it is long so actually the shower has enough space and is not over the toilet. No window to our room and lacking storage space, though the property does have rooms with windows. Beds are low to the floor.

Pros:

I was very handy to the floating markets and not to far from Can Tho city night markets had a very nice dinner cruise

Cons:

I didn't like the noise from party next door and road noise might been deferent if up stairs but heard every motorcycle going past as the bed is on the floor and lots of bed bugs or things bite you all night.
no water supply i know only 10000 dong a bottle
