We stayed at Kynthia for just one night and had a lovely experience. George, the owner, was incredibly welcoming and friendly. The hotel is also pet-friendly, so we got to spend some time with the wonderful dogs around the property, which we really enjoyed.
The property has been beautifully renovated, and the rooms are very nicely designed. Everything was comfortable and clean. There is also a beautiful beach within walking distance, which was a big plus. Having a car is useful, though, if you want to go out for dinner or explore the surrounding area in the evening.
Breakfast has a relaxed, self-service concept. Fresh bread is served in a basket, and you can choose things like cheese, olives and cold cuts from the fridge and enjoy breakfast either in your room or in the garden. There is also a coffee machine and a juicer for fresh orange juice. The shared kitchen in the garden is available to guests as well, so you can prepare your own meals if you like.
Overall, Kynthia has a very relaxed and welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel at home. Thank you, George, for the warm welcome!

Staying at Kynthia was a wonderful experience: it is tastefully designed, refreshingly different. The bed was extra comfortable. Loved the ceiling fan: we didn't even have to use the air conditioning. George is really special: he is professional, friendly, and relatable. The staff is constantly working to improve the experience: while previous comments mentioned monotonous breakfasts (the basket is just overly cute!), the outdoor kitchen has a wonderful selection of local products: fruits, vegetables (some picked from the small garden on the property), cheeses, milk, cold cuts. Just ask George where you can find them. Parking is extra safe, and there is almost constant shade from the trees along the fence. It is also a good starting point to explore Sithonia by car, as it is along the main road, so no trouble getting in and out of the yard. There are dozens of beaches nearby.
George and Katarina were wonderful hosts, warm and very friendly and made us feel like home. The rooms were perfectly equipped, the bed very nice. The region is perfect for exploring the crystal clear waters. Snorkeling and diving was amazing, the sea is healthy and there are thousands of fish and healthy corals to see. We went diving with nomad divers in Marmaras, warm recommendations also for them (George from nomad diving was similar like George from Kynthia a warm, chill and friendly guy - diving all in all perfect.)
Would go there anytime and sad to go home now.
One star defection in location, because the hotel is located next to a Main Street so staying outdoors, in busy times you will hear the cars. The rooms were very quiet though!
It’s very beautiful and relaxing place. We were there with our dog (Aki) and we loved how he can walk around freely and enjoy in the garden. All people who work there are kind and helpful. We will definitely come back :)

The friendly staff and great basket breakfast that you can take to your room. A great rose wine and coffee available in the room as well. Cosy decor. Thank you for the nice experience George .
The shower wasn’t pressurized so it was hard to regulate the hot and cold water .
Struttura nuova e accogliente, immersa in un contesto verde ben curato e piacevole da vivere. La stanza, in stile boho-chic, era pulita e dotata di molti comfort (frigorifero, climatizzatore, terrazzino abbastanza ampio) e si fa godere. George, il proprietario, è molto cordiale ed estremamente disponibile. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato un attima bottiglia di vino in stanza e ci e stato regalato del miele durante il soggiorno. Nel complesso questo alloggio si sposa molto bene con il contesto wild di Sithonia e con la tranquillità dell’isola. Consigliato!
La colazione è distribuita tramite basket 🧺 ma mancano a mio avviso prodotti freschi e più vari, non confezionati, che più si addicono all’esperienza da agri-hotel che il kynthia propone. Ritengo perciò che il prezzo dell’hotel sia un po’ alto rispetto ai servizi resi.
