The toilet and room smells so bad, toilet very old and falling apart. AC not heating

It was close to the louage station

Cons:

Hotel is run down, not that clean and AC didn't work. The room was booked for two people but we had only one set of towels, one glass for water etc. The receptionist wanted to keep our passports for the duration of the stay.

Wonderful stay in Tunis
Pros:

It was a very decent stay. It was clean, decorated nicely. The gentleman at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. Well-mannered and helped me with my luggage, got me situated, and attended to all my needs. The restaurant that was attached was the best! Great menu and friendly staff! This hotel gives a good reputation for tourism in Tunisia.

Disappointing
Cons:

the room was semi-basement too noisy because the windows facing the main road with lots of cars passing by and there is a Café above, which move tables and chairs in the night!
