It’s a big hotel, nice position, interior decor is funny.
The rooms are really tiny. The restaurant service was the slowest ever experienced in Africa: one hour for a salad, anther hour for a fruit salad.
Bed were very firm
Stayed here before many times whilst working in Mwanza - serves it’s purpose.
Would recommend to anyone who prefers accommodation outside the town/city centre & within easy reach of the airport.

Food was good. However, when breakfast for customers is exhausted you don't see that sense of urgency to supplement. I ended up eating a partial breakfast

Bad smell from toilet , some room need do soundproofing
TV wasn't working and AC remote had some issues but apart from that the food for breakfast was good, value for money was great and I had issues about vacating the room one day earlier than booked. Hotel staff were very understanding and helpful in adjusting room charges because of that. Great place to stay if you are on a trip to mwanaza.

water availability in the room, the temperature and the shampoo was excellent

the bed was uncomfortable, the bedsheets though clean, but they are old, may be used very frequently with a characteristic odour, contrary to wed advertisement
the towels are old but clean.
