Excellent Value and Clean Stay in Batam
Pros:

I had a great stay at Vivotel Hotel. For the price, it is incredibly affordable and offers everything you need for a comfortable trip to Batam. The rooms are modern and very clean; I highly recommend booking a room with a window as the size felt just right and not cramped.
The location is excellent—very close to major shopping malls like Nagoya Hill and Grand Batam, with plenty of food options nearby. Breakfast was simple but tasty and a great way to start the day. The staff were also very polite and helpful. If you are looking for a budget-friendly hotel that still feels fresh and well-maintained, this is a solid choice!

only the lobby smells nice and comfortable

Cons:

the room floor was not clean properly i can feel the grease on the floor. the toilet is also not clean very dissappointed with the cleanliness of the hotel. the bed is so uncomfortable.

Good stay, friendly staff, ok comfy beds, giving me a relaxing feeling
Pros:

breakfast was nice however could be more diverse.
staff was amazing very friendly and helpful.
the hotel is next to a supermarket and a coffee cafe so easy to buy some water at the supermarket and you can enjoy a nice special coffee.

Cons:

the beds could be more comfortable but considering the price it was fine.
