Good place in great location, friendly and clean - breakfast can be improved
Pros:

Excellent location in Bole, friendly staff, value for money ok, clean and spacious.

Cons:

The breakfast, very centered on local cuisine, was not sorted properly: 30 minutes before official closure time, there was almost no food or juice left - these happened 3 days out of 5

Pros:

Pobyt w Hotelu Lobelia był ogólnie bardzo udany. Personel był uprzejmy i pomocny, zawsze gotowy odpowiedzieć na pytania i pomóc w razie potrzeby. Pokój był czysty i zadbany, a łóżko wygodne, co pozwoliło dobrze odpocząć po podróży. Lokalizacja hotelu również na plus – dogodny dojazd i spokojna okolica.

Vše v pořádku
Pros:

Kousek od letiště v bezpečné části města. Z letiště a na letiště kdykoliv hotelová doprava, lze v pohodě i pěšky. Ideální na přespání mezi vnitrostátními lety. Hned vedle kavárna a na hotelu restaurace a bar. Na africké poměry i fungující vybavení pokojů.

Cons:

Electric outage with no backup system.
Despite that smoking is prohibited in the hotel, but I can clearly smell the cannabis, which legally in our country is a crime, and medically is harmful. So it was very bad behaviour from the guests on the 4th floor and the hotel should follow that.
Last comment is that the elevator needs maintenance

Great Choice for Free Luggage Storage
Pros:

I used them as they store baggage for free (if you return to the hotel) and are close to the airport (20 minute walk). For this they are fine. There is a small luggage room 10 metres from the reception.

Close to the airport. Clean. Big rooms. Free shuttle available. Good shower. Breakfast included which is OK.

Cons:

The noise from the lobby drifts up. One morning at 1 am there was constant chatter. Someone had to go down to shut them up.

The younger receptionists, when not knowing an answer to a query, are best saying they will find an answer rather than drawing a blank.
