Nuostabiai profesionali administrotorė
Pros:

Norime nuoširdžiai padėkoti visai viešbučio komandai už puikią viešnagę. Ypatingą padėką norime skirti administratorei, kuri visos viešnagės metu buvo išskirtinai dėmesinga, profesionali ir kompetentinga. Ji ramiai bei operatyviai atliepė visus iškilusius klausimus, dėmesingai rūpinoso kiekvienoje situacijoje ir sukūrė jausmą, kad svečius nuoširdžiai girdi.

Taip pat didžiausi pagyrimai visam personalui – kambarinėms, pusryčių komandos darbuotojams. Jausmas buvo lyg esi namie, visi labai malonūs ir geranoriški.

Labai patiko infrastruktūra, aplinka ir bendras aptarnavimo lygis.

Vienintelis palinkėjimas – apsvarstyti lankstesnę kainodarą įprastomis savaitės dienomis. Manome, kad šiek tiek mažesnės kainos ne sezono metu ar darbo dienomis leistų dar daugiau žmonių iš Lietuvos atrasti šią puikią vietą poilsiui.

Ačiū už rūpestį, profesionalumą, puikiai prižiūrimą aplinką ir visus operatyviai išspręstus klausimus. Mūsų viešnagė paliko labai gerą įspūdį.

Labai graži ir rami aplinka, puiki vieta poilsiui prie ežero. Teritorija tvarkinga, daug žalumos, gera atmosfera norintiems pabėgti nuo miesto šurmulio

Cons:

Kambariai tvarkingi, tačiau akivaizdžiai pasenę ir jiems reikėtų atnaujinimo. Didžiausias nusivylimas buvo tai, kad atvykus kambaryje nebuvo rankšluosčių. Kadangi registratūra dirba tik iki 20 val., jų gauti nebegalėjome, todėl teko apsieiti be jų visą vakarą ir rytą. Tokios detalės stipriai pablogina bendrą viešnagės įspūdį.

Pros:

The location is perfect, it is on the lake shore. Where is a small beach and area to enter the lake for a swim. We had a nice and fresh breakfast. Room size is enough for a short stay.

Cons:

The whole place feels strange. There is a terrible smell of mold throughout the building, the lights are buzzing, the mosquito net on the window was broken, the shower had low current.
It's strange to see such a large hotel with so few guests. The pool smells and the water is cold. Overall, it feels more like a government conference or gathering center than a holiday hotel.

Vakarais, grįžus vėliau, nėra galimybės patekti į teritoriją su savo automobiliu, teko lipti per tvorą, kad iš vidaus atidaryti teritorijos vartus. Registratūra naktį nedirba, todėl nėra kam atidaryti teritorijos vartų.

Gera vieta, personalas nuostabus😘patiekalai vakarienei buvo liuks, labai nuostabi moteris, kuri kiek supratome jau dirba seniai tiek prie baro, tiek virtuvėja sukasi, duodu 10 balų, šaunuolė, turėtų savininkai ją tikrai įvertinti, jei jos neliks nžn, kas ten ir bevažiuos.Geras labai SPA.Ačiū

Oi kita medalio pusė, buvom pasiėmę 2 korpuse liukso kambarį, kuris kainavo parai 185€, patikėkit žiauru.Karšto vandens neturėjome, nes pasirodo ten yra 2 korpuso problema, bet registratūroj mergina net nežinojo.,bet jei ne ta moteriškė prie baro, tai gal ir šnd dar būtume neturėja, bet ji greit viską suorganizavo, šaunuolė😊Jau reikėtų atnaujinti foto, nes jos neatitinka tikrovės.

Įskaičiuoti pusryčiai, baseinas su pirtim, džiakūze, pulą/st.tenisą gslima žaisti kad ir visą parą nemokamai, nuostabus pušynas, skanus maistas restorane:)

Galima kabinėtis prie stiliaus, prie prastesnio džiovintuvo, ar neveikiančio wc esančio paplūdimy ( kad nueiti iki veikiančio- reikia lipti į kalną nuo paplūdimio)
