Personal außergewöhnlich aufmerksam und freundlich. TOP Lage kurzer Weg zum Strand. Sehr gute und günstige Busverbindung nach Mykonos Stadt, sehr gutes Frühstück, das Zimmer makellos sauber und komfortabel.

Not as advertised
Views not as photos especially small rooms with partial sea side view and cruise liners blocking any nice view you could have had. Restaurant li.ited menu and set back from any view you might have had if cruise ships not there.
Expensive taxi rude to get anywhere just to get a dinner at 35/40 Euris each way.

Kein 5-Stern die Tauchbecken vor dwn Zimmern sind ok aber nicht wirklich sinnvoll und schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
Quarto e area da piscina e restaurante são muito lindos.
Cheguei 1 hora da tarde, tinha avisado com antecedência meu horário de chegada, eles pedirão para aguardar até as 15 hrs que era o horário do check in, eu estava olhando meu quarto que não tinha ninguém de manutenção nem faxineira nada, estava fechado (quarto 1). Às 15 hrs foi para pedir meu quarto e falarão que ainda não estava pronto 15:05 entrarão para fazer faxina, aí perguntei que estava acontecendo falarão que era o ar acondicionado, mais não tinha ninguém de manutenção…. Final recebi meu quarto às 15:35. Na saída o checkout era às 11 e as 10:50 am estava tomando café da manhã e eles foram na mesa para me lembrar do check out… olho 10:50 não achei certo interromper meu café quando ainda não eram as 11 am
Il personale davvero tutti gentili dai receptionist di tutte le età, ai ragazzi e ragazze della colazione. Avevo la suite, stanza molto larga, terrazzo molto bello, bagno bello, letto molto comodo
Forse l’assenza di spine elettriche in bagno o vicino lo specchio per asciugarsi i capelli, assenza di ricambio delle cialde del caffè. Per quanto riguarda la colazione, il fatto che sia servita non è un problema in quanto il servizio è rapido e la qualità dei prodotti molto buona, ma probabilmente io metterei un basic a buffet e il resto appunto servito. Ho detto questo comunque, dettagli che non cambiano il mio giudizio molto positivo.
Our room with jacuzzi offered a truly beautiful view. Also the hotel’s internal app - it was very convenient and allowed us to easily communicate with the staff whenever we needed anything. Really good breakfasts
