Gym very badly maintained and rooms were not in good condition ,washroom flush and shower were not working well

Getting to the hotel by walking is a bit challenging / not very convenient (for a business trip, and considering the price of the hotel)
The buffet restaurant was the only worthy place
Staff, services, amenities, nothing is worthy of the brand they carry
All was good . It was a fantastic stay with my parents , husband and child .. They made us feel at home . I would like to specially thank the below personnel for their great services . The premises and room were extremely well maintained, the staff well behaved and courteous and a great spread of food.It felt great .
