We will certainly be staying here again on our weekends away in Chiang Mai
Pros:

Great staff!
Perfect location, a slightly modern theme of traditional Lanna decor throughout which was great to see, perfectly cooked Thai breakfasts available, comfortable room with easy access to the pool.

Cons:

We liked everything!
There’s nothing not to like!

Good option right in the old town for a chiang mai getaway
Pros:

Ideal location, friendly staff, quick problem solving. We have been offered an upgrade the first night because they had made a mistake with the reservations

Rooms on the ground floor are spacious and pleasant, with direct views of the pool. However, if you prefer greater privacy, it is advisable to opt for rooms on the second or third floor.

Super pour le prix
Pros:

Tout est décoré avec goût , idem pour les installations.
Le petit déjeuner est super , même pour un français qui a du mal avec le food asiatique.
Très bien placé mais petite rue tranquille.

Cons:

Seul bémol , une école à côté, impossible de dormir après 8h.
Les rideaux insuffisants pour la lumière du jour.

Pros:

Nous avions la suite familiale: splendide, chambre immense très confortable, balcon, matelas fermes mais non durs, salle d’eau parfaite grande douche, propreté impeccable, décoration magnifique ainsi que celle de l’hôtel av style thaï en bois; piscine pour se rafraîchir, très bon et copieux petits déjeuner en buffet sucré et salé : on peut commander des œufs, padthaï, etc.. , petite terrasse sur la rue pour déjeuner si l’on souhaite être dehors; food street délicieuse dans la rue de l’hôtel et marché de nuit le samedi rejoignable à pied

C’est relatif: Anglais très pauvre ou difficile à comprendre tant l’accent est déformé par les réceptionnistes, adorables par ailleurs comme tjs concernant le personnel thaï

Si vraiment il fallait dire quelque chose, l'eau de la piscine était un peu froide, mais bon, c'est vraiment chercher la petite bête.

Great place to stay
Pros:

The staff were so friendly and helpful. I wasn't expecting a hot breakfast which was a nice surprise. You could choose from the menu. We had the suite and loved sitting on the balcony. It was a nice relaxing atmosphere.

Idéal à tout point de vue même pour une semaine.
Pros:

Séjour d’une semaine vraiment parfaite.
Au centre de la vieille ville mais AU CALME.
Le personnel efficace et souriant a pu résoudre un souci en quelques minutes.
La piscine est très propre et bien entretenue.

מלון בינוני, תמורה מאד גבוהה למחיר. צוות מצויין, חדרים עם מרפסת.
Pros:

המלון מבחוץ, והסביבה נראים לא הכי טוב. מבפנים החדרים מצויינים, לכל חדר הייתה מרפסת. ללילה אחד וגם ליותר כדאי. שכחנו משהו בחדר והצוות, צילם ושלח לנו, ואמור לשלוח לנו בדואר על חשבוננו. מאד מעריך את הצוות.

Comfortable stay in central location.
Pros:

Nice chilled place with comfortable beds, clean rooms, hot water & pool. Friendly staff. Central old town location & good value. Good supply of biscuits & water. Having a drying rack on balcony is good.

Cons:

No steps into the pool may be an issue for some (it’s 1.4-1.6m deep).
