Pros:

Location : 10/10 grocery store , restaurant , coffee shop, bus stop , tour bus stop 1/2 minutes walking . Great location
Staff : you dont really see the staff but when we had a problem they were quick and really helpful.
20 minutes away from the airport with bolt and 30 with the local bus .
It is clean . If you want they clean your room and change your towel everyday .
Definitely I will come back in this hotel.

Despite some issues that could be addressed by management, we had a good time at Balcony Hotel.
Pros:

Located in the centre of St. Julian’s, close to plenty of bars and restaurants. The whole building appears to have been renovated fairly recently, and the apartment had everything you could need, including an iron, hairdryer, cutlery, safe and air conditioning. The bathroom even has a speaker system that allows you to stream your own music. Very clean, with clear access instructions, good Wi-Fi and complimentary bottles of water.

Cons:

There were several issues during our stay. Firstly, as the accommodation is located in the middle of a busy nightlife area, it was quite loud at night, and my partner had trouble sleeping.

We also experienced a power cut affecting only our building, apparently due to an issue with the fuses. After speaking to other tenants, we found out this wasn't the first time it had happened. Although some emergency lights came on, the main entrance door wouldn't open, so I had to let three separate couples into the building as they couldn't get in. Fortunately, the room doors were battery-powered and continued to work. The lift was also out of order, so we decided to use the stairs for the rest of our stay.

I tried calling three different numbers provided, but neither management nor maintenance got back to me. Thankfully, the lady who answered the housekeeping/booking phone eventually helped us out. She deserves a raise – thank you for your help that day!

There was also an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. I've encountered this before on islands, so I'm not sure how easy it is to resolve, but it's still worth mentioning.

On another day, the air conditioning stopped working, which again seemed to be related to a power issue. After I contacted one of the numbers provided, someone came over to reset the fuse.

În uichend e cam gălăgie pentru ca în străzile din apropiere sunt locati unde se distrează tineretul și cam gălăgie ,dacă ești obosit de la frumusețea vizetelor și a plimbărilor nu auzi nici o gălăgie dormi nici nu știi când a trecut noaptea ca locație e foarte super de exemplu noi neam întoarce la aceasta cazare

Pros:

Location was great. Close to a bus stop and big supermarket. Very modern design. We could leave our luggage for storing before and after checkout. Washer and dryer were very handy.

Cons:

There was a rather big tear on a pillow case and some stains on towels.
Toilet seat was slightly dislodged.
Shower gel was not refilled even though the room service was done on the 2 day of our stay.
On two separate occasions we couldn’t enter the building due to power shortage and electronic locks.

Idealna lokalizacja. Dobra bazą wypadową a na miejscu wszystko co jest potrzebne do życia i zabawy. Obiekt kameralny, czysty, cichy. W rzeczywistości lepiej to wygląda niż na fotografiach.

Camera molto bella, arredata con cura con tutti gli elettrodomestici necessari, bella la vista mare e ottima la posizione.

Cons:

Il check in on line va bene quando c’è prontezza nella comunicazione. Se la camera è disponibile dalle 16 e alle 17 ancora non ho il codice si accesso qualcosa non va. Solo dopo aver sollecitato e scritto su whatsapp e’ arrivata la mail. La seconda cosa da rivedere è fare più attenzione alla pulizia perché nel bagno chiudendo la porta c’era un bel ciuffetto di capelli biondi … vicino alla finestra vetrata un calabrone morto…

Pros:

Un appartement spacieux et très bien aménage dans le quartier vivant de San Giljan. La rue à l'écart permet d'être isolée du bruit (mais nous ne sommes pas trop sensibles). Par contre, quel plaisir de rentrer à n'importe quelle heure d'excursion et de trouver boutiques et restaurants ouverts tard dans la nuit. Le Kébab dans la même rue est délicieux.

Soba jako ugodna, kuhinja ima sve šta je potrebno za spremanje obroka iako to nije ni potrebno jer je u blizini hotela jako puno restorana i pekara.
Za sve one koji vole noćni život ovo je idealni kvart. Iako su noćni klubovi i pubovi u blizini nije prebučno. Ja sam držala otvorene prozore i ništa mi nije smetalo, a kad ih zatvorite totalna je tišina.
U blizini je divna šetnica uz more, Spar 24/7, suvenirnice, autobusne stanice koje vode u sve djelove Malte. Autobusi TD3 i TD2 sa aerodroma vas dovedu doslovno na par minuta od hotela.
Toplo preporučujem ovaj hotel.

Posizione, pulizia, struttura nuova con tutti i servizi i confort in camera

Cons:

Nella struttura non abbiamo mai visto un addetto alla reception durante il giorno, bisognava comunicare con messaggi ai quali molte volte rispondevano con tempi lunghissimi e senza risolvere il problema
