Great location, great staff, the amenities could have been better.
Pros:

The staff were responsive. Whenever I needed something it was provided. The hotel is located in a walkable area, near the airport. The room was large enough and the breakfast had local foods.

Cons:

The shower could have had separating glass to prevent water from going all over the bathroom floor. The noise from the corridor from other guests was disturbing.

Cockroaches, a filthy room, problems with the lights (which were fixed the following day), a non-functioning refrigerator, and more.

Nice and big room. Location is very good , breakfast staff are great but little bit startling breakfast late then 6am.

Cons:

Cleaning staff are very noise knocking door too much and sometimes entering room when I sleeping. The hotel doesn’t have any hung up in the front door to show the housekeeper I’m sleeping.

Pros:

It's in very safe environment and close to the airport and malls. The staff are kind and doing their best

They don't change towels daily. The furniture is worn out. The washroom is old and stained

The room was clean, the staff friendly.
Pros:

The location of the hotel was ideal for doing walkabouts, and exploring a variety of restaurants and other hotels nearby, and to boot, it is opposite a walking park wth benches. The room was big enough for two people. Breakfast was okay, with local dishes available. In addition, the staff was very accommodating.

Cons:

The bathroom was a little small - water from the shower went all over the place, and there weren't any floor towels. The view from the balcony was a wall - so it wasn't very inspiring.

Pros:

The location was near the airport about 10 minutes away, it's in Pole square which almost the center where everything is close to you. The room was wide neat, clean daily and comfortable, but there was no view. There were several occasions where some things were not available in the room as expected however when I call the staff they come immediately to fulfill it or fix it. I would give points for that. The reception girls were friendly and inviting we enjoyed chatting with them every time we pass by especially Brooke!
I would definitely come back again :)

Cons:

The breakfast menu was a kind of local dishes rather than international ones, also were repetitive. Juices and hot drinks were too limited on daily basis.
