Hôtel bien situé à distance de marche du centre-ville
Pros:

Hôtel disposant d'un parking privé, nous avons pu nous rendre très facilement à pieds au centre-ville.
Notre chambre était calme, spacieuse. Seule la salle de bains était un peu vieillotte, mais tout à fait correcte.
A savoir, l'hôtel était toujours en cours de rénovation (fin octobre 2025), mais cela ne nous a pas dérangés (travaux après 8h30 du matin).
Le personnel est très sympathique et le petit-déjeuner préparé à la commande excellent.

I hope I can visit again once the whole place is renovated

El sector donde está ubicado no es muy cerca al centro y no es que sea tan agradable a la vista. pero tampoco es que sea tan lejos, pudimos llegar caminando, el hotel es muy lindo y se nota recién remodelado. Así q volvería sin duda

Buena ubicación para visitar Guanajuato, no está en el centro pero puedes ir caminando en 10 minutos.

El hotel es muy bonito, cuando acabe la obra estará espectacular.

Cons:

El alojamiento indica que dispone de servicio de lavandería, al llegar lo solicitamos y nos dijeron que era para servicios internos del hotel pero que nos llevaban la ropa gratis a modo de favor. A la mañana siguiente cuando llevamos la ropa la persona que estaba en recepción ( diferente a la del día anterior) nos dijo que no nos la lavaban. Le pedimos que nos dijera donde había una lavandería por allí y no supo ayudarnos, fuimos nosotros quienes buscamos una lavandería por internet. Por favor quiten lo del servicio de lavanderia de esta aplicación porque es falso.


El hotel está en obras, si vas a estar de turismo todo el día no te va a afectar pero si quieres descansar durante el día en el hotel puedes tener ruidos.

El cuarto que nos dieron por convenio ... (Comentaron) no fue de mi agrado, mucho más pequeño que el que se menciono por el costo, faltaban toallas de uno de los miembros, no había jabones y tuve que pedir toalla extra y de manos asi como papel de baño, nos dieron el último cuarto del fondo donde no tenía luz de día
