Disappointed
Pros:

Didn't have a chance to like anything about this place on 578 Harbison. We were actually looking for Chalmers 379 Chalmers. The code that we were sent for 579 was incorrect we went to 379 Chalmers and the gentleman there had no information other than the woman that owned it was not even in town. I am new to bookings and I have had two bad experiences with the two locations that I've tried to book. I should be reimbursed for last night and I will give you one more chance to book with you hopefully it goes better than the last two.

Cons:

Didn't like being ignored . And no one to help us get into the place the access. The code was inaccurate and could not gain access terrible experience

Beautiful place , very Feiendly owner and manager.
Pros:

I booked with Chalmers stay, unfortunately check in wasn’t until 4pm, I messaged the owner asking if we could check in earlier and she was able to accommodate us at a different address that she had available right away. When we arrived at the other home stay. The owner was able to get someone to greet us. which ended up being the manager who stayed onsite. When she greeted us was amazing, very friendly,Very helpful. She truly go above and beyond for you to make sure you’re comfortable.. They don’t bother you. They always make sure you have everything need you need.
Even our dogs were very comfortable and calm here as well, at the Devonshire home. We would definitely recommend anyone to stay here.

My room was not ready. After prior coordination with host my late check-in was approved. Door entry code was given. Arrived at 2 am. Room 4 was locked and no welcome kit was given with door key. I slept on a couch for the rest of night. Kindly reimburse if possible in full on this non refundable booking. I contacted the host immediately in the middle of night by text message and received replies only after I had checked out of this location in morning. The host assured to investigate the matter but I had left.

The room is spacious, well equipped and the large 4 poster bed was extra comfy.

Pros:

Great amenities I felt at home. It was snowing so that I was able to use food items provided was a plus as I didn't have to leave the facility. Nobody bothered me. My encounter with staff was awesome and friendly. I would stay here again. Price was within my budget.

Pros:

Clean and comfortable room, the bed was very comfy and the room was spacious.

Cons:

The snow that I got stuck on in the back lane. That was more of a me problem than them .
