Cons:

I left some thing in the hotel . And they contacted me , by the time my nephew went to collect it , one of the staff took the earbuds home in her pocket by mistake , and i was travelling to uk the same day . That was inconvience that i didnt get my belonging in time .

Impressive client oriented service
Pros:

Impressive suite with two rooms, kitchen with all accessories, including espresso machine. They gave us a guided tour of the room, because there are so many things to discover inside. Breakfast was amazing too. Ms Anita assisted us from the airport and she gave also a gift to my child during check in. The client oriented attitude is even more luxurious than the hotel.
