The buffet had an array of choices. The food was warm and plentiful. I was able to choose a different combination of meals daily so there was no boredom with eating. The room was large and staff was great and friendly from entering the hotel down to room service. The hotel was very clean in all areas. I got a foot reflexology massage, and it was great and relaxing. It released some pain in my ankle that had been bothering me. There were daily treats left in my room that were so delicious. I had lunch by the pool, spaghetti bolognese with a peach iced tea. The portion was large, and it was very tasty. The room had a full kitchen, fridge, and microwave. The Manda Hill Mall is across the street with a ShopRite.
The balcony wasn't really a balcony. It was just enough space to walk outside and take a look, but you aren't able to sit outside.

The lights on the road in front are not working its a bit dark, I know its a municipality issue but still its too dark for someone yo walk across the mall to get necessities. E.g pharmacy

A bit of Racist Indian stuff members, one actually asked if we were Guests, when the kids swam in the pool. Fully knowing that the pool could only be used by house Guests. Totally unacceptable.
Our room was on the 10th floor and had lovely views over Lusaka. But the best part of our stay was our room! Absolutely stylishly decorated with a separate bedroom, an open plan lounge and fully kitted out kitchen and a modern gorgeous bathroom. The room had every mod con and was like a a one bedroom upmarket apartment. It had balconies from both the bedroom and the lounge and was across the road from a shopping mall that has a Woolworths and other well known stores. Great location - excellent accommodation. Good value.
