Pros:

I had a fantastic stay and it truly deserves a 10/10. From the moment I arrived, everything left a great first impression. The building itself looked very well maintained and welcoming, and the reception area immediately set a positive tone for the stay.
A special mention goes to George at the reception, who was incredibly friendly and welcoming. His warm attitude made check-in smooth and pleasant, and it was a great start to the experience.
The room was excellent, neat, modern, and spotlessly clean. The design was stylish yet comfortable, and it had everything one might need for a relaxing stay. Nothing felt missing or overlooked. The bathroom was equally impressive: very clean, well-kept, and clearly maintained with care.
Another big plus is the location. There is a bus stop less than a minute away, with direct access towards the city, which makes getting around extremely convenient.
Overall, a wonderful experience from start to finish. Everything, from the welcoming reception to the quality of the room and the convenient location, made this a stay I would happily repeat and highly recommend.

Exceeded all expectations. Work trip turned into vacation
Pros:

Georgios was an amazing host. The property has a bakery on the first floor, and he provided Cappuccinos and baked goods every morning, checked up on us for anything we might have needed. He went above and beyond to make us comfortable and the room was super clean. Everything looked brand new. There are also black out shades on all windows and allow you to sleep anytime to adjust your schedule. We didn't get the top floor but that room has a rooftop balcony with views of the whole city and the sea. Its a short walk to University of Aristotle and there is a bus stop literally right across the street with buses every 10-15 minutes to the university and city center. We caught a train over to Mt. Olympus for one day.

Cons:

The area looks a little sketchy if you're not from the city and haven't travelled much, but there's a lot of work going on in the area and Marilia is basically a brand new building with several other hotels on the street being completely redone. We walked down the street multiple nights with a small child and never felt unsafe. Most people are super friendly. The streets are well lit and there are lots of shops and cafes open pretty late in the area, so really there isnt anything we didnt like. Its on our list of places to go back to.

Superbe établissement que je recommande vivement !
Pros:

Chouette endroit, bien placé. Il y a moyen de se parquer ou de se déplacer en bus. Super accueil de Monsieur Georges qui est adorable et très serviable. Belle chambre, bien équipée et très propre. Tout était parfait.

Pros:

Το δωμάτιο ήταν άνετο και εξαιρετικά καθαρό, προσφέροντας μια ευχάριστη και ξεκούραστη διαμονή. Οι παροχές κάλυψαν πλήρως τις ανάγκες μας. Επιπλέον, η τιμή ήταν πολύ προσιτή σε σχέση με την ποιότητα του καταλύματος, κάτι που αποτέλεσε σίγουρα ένα θετικό στοιχείο της εμπειρίας μας.

Cons:

Η τοποθεσία δεν ήταν τόσο βολική, ιδιαίτερα για επισκέπτες που δεν γνωρίζουν καλά την πόλη. Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε σχετικά στενό δρόμο και όχι σε ιδιαίτερα κεντρικό σημείο, κάτι που δυσκολεύει λίγο την πρόσβαση. Επιπλέον, δεν υπήρχε διαθέσιμη θέση στάθμευσης και η εύρεση πάρκινγκ στην περιοχή αποδείχθηκε αρκετά δύσκολη.

Cons:

Αναφέρθηκε ότι για το πάρκιγκ έπρεπε να κανουμε κάποια κράτηση. Δε θυμάμαι να υπήρχε τέτοιο κείμενο στην κράτηση. Θυμάμαι ότι ήταν τσεκαρισμένα "ιδιωτικός χώρος πάρκιγκ" και "Δωρεάν χώρος πάρκιγκ" Αν κάνετε κράτηση, παρτε τηλέφωνο να ρωτήσετε. Μπροστά στο ξενοδοχείο έχει 3 μόνο θέσεις. Τελικά βρήκαμε πάρκιγκ

Hôtel très confortable, idéal pour profiter de Thessalonique sans les inconvénients du centre ville.
Pros:

L'hôtel est situé dans une rue très calme du quartier de Triandria. Les appartements sont spacieux et confortables. L'hôtel ne propose pas de petit-déjeuner, mais il est possible de manger dans la très bonne boulangerie au rez-de-chaussée de l'immeuble. Places de parking réservées devant l'hôtel. Le moyen le plus simple et le plus économique de rejoindre le centre ville est de prendre le bus juste en face de l'hôtel (15-20 minutes de trajet, toutes les 10 minutes). Accueil irréprochable.

Cons:

Nous aurions aimé disposer d'une bouilloire électrique dans les chambres.
