לאור כמות החדרים הקטנה- שקט מאד ומאידך אין כל מתקנים כשירותי משרד או בר.

Personale gentillissimo, molto disponibile e accogliente. Ottima colazione, ogni giorno con qualcosa di diverso. Disponibilità parcheggio auto. 5 minuti a piedi dalla zona pedonale con locali per mangiare e negozi e dal porto.

Al Balance hotel non manca nulla! Ha una posizione ottima con parcheggio incluso per chi noleggia un auto oppure delle bike da poterne usufruire. La colazione è servita dall'hotel con dolce e salato, ma se desideri aggiungere qualcosa o chiedere altro sono lieti di poter soddisfare le richieste. Ma la cosa più bella è l'incontro con la ragazza della mattina Giorgia che è speciale per un consiglio su dove andare o cosa visitare! Lasciatevi consiliare!! Staf davvero cordiale e piacevole! Ottimo posto dove soggiornare.
L'unica piccola pecca è l'odore della colazione che dalle scale sale fino ai piani e alla porta della camera. (Ma non in camera, dentro non arriva)
Un bel hôtel a taille humaine, joliment décoré, très propre et idealement placé, des prestations de qualité et le personnel au petit soin, très professionnel, agréable et serviable, petit dejeuner exceptionnel, nous y avons sejourné 7 jours, un pur bonheur, le petit plus un parking sur place.

Nice, new, superclean and complete room (Breeze) including big jacuzzi bath, balcony, fridge, hairdryer. Elevator. Private parking next to hotel. 10 min walk from old town. Good breakfast. Friendly staff.

De professionaliteit en vriendelijkheid van de receptionisten en housekeeping. Elke dag hadden ze tips voor restaurants en trips in de omgeving. Er stond vaak wat lekkers klaar op de kamer en er stonden altijd (gratis) twee flesjes water in koelkast voor gebruik. De kamer en de badkamer werden elke dag opgeruimd en schoongemaakt.
Wat ook superfijn was, was dat we onze huurauto konden parkeren. Daar had ik het hotel op uitgezocht, het had eigen parkeerplaatsen.
Het hotel is op 10 min lopen van de oude stad. Je loopt er in lange rechte weg zo naartoe.
Als we weer naar Chania komen, zouden we hier weer verblijven.

The hotel was a delight. The staff were very friendly and helpful and gave us suggestions for trips and restaurants. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was in a great location just outside of the busy tourist area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others.
