A great pleasure due to an amazing place and amazing staff!
Pros:

We stayed 3 nights at Balance Hotel, and it was absolutely an amazing experience!
The hotel amenities are great, the room was huge and fully equipped with absolutely all what you need for having an amazing vacation!
The breakfast is super delicious and fine!
The staff is also super hero’s and doing their very best for you to have a perfect stay.
The amazing Despina & Georgia were all what you can ask from a hotel manager/host.
We love it so much, and looking forward to be here again.

Amazing stay!
Pros:

Amazing staff, beautiful property and free private parking which is gold in Chania. Room was extremely spacious and so was the bathroom. Room was cleaned every day. 10 minute walk into the old town, super safe, and the walk after a late meal was welcomed. The staff provided a welcome dessert, water bottles and chocolate upon arrival which was so nice! They were so friendly and always willing to help. 100% will stay here again during our next visit to Chania!

Cons:

Room took a while to cool down but we learned to leave the temperature low before heading out to dinner so it was nice and cool at sleep time.

Pros:

We stayed here last minute because our flight was cancelled. Since we stayed here 2 years ago we knew what to expect. Good location, nice big rooms, staff is friendly.

Cons:

The fire alarm beeper in our room started going off very early in the morning, waking us up far too early after an already exhausting day at the airport. Unfortunately, it was not possible to reach anyone for assistance until 08:00. A staff member eventually came and removed the device, but by then the beeper had been sounding for approximately 1.5 hours.

Given the inconvenience and the lack of immediate support, I believe it would have been appropriate to offer a gesture of goodwill, such as a complimentary breakfast, rather than just a quick apology.

Pros:

Bardzo miły personel, dobrze wyposażany pokój z wygodnym łóżkiem, idealna lokalizacja do zwiedzania Chani - do starówki jakieś 10 min piechotą. Smaczne śniadanie.

Cons:

Kiepski parking - na szczęście mieliśmy małe auto więc jakoś dało się tam wjechać i wyjechać ale nie bez problemów. Bardzo ciasno i na dodatek służy za kuwetę dla lokalnych kotów.
Zestaw śniadaniowy jest dobierany przez hotel i nie każdemu może się spodobać - nam brakowało trochę warzyw.

Just Perfect!
Pros:

We had an absolutely wonderful week that exceeded all our expectations.
The Balance Hotel team, especially Georgia, were incredibly friendly, smiling, and helpful. Every day they gave us excellent local recommendations tailored to our plans.
Our room (Harmony) was very spacious and spotlessly clean. It was cleaned daily with excellent room service.
The parking area is more suitable for smaller cars, but we had no trouble parking our car there for the entire week without any issues.
If you need beach towels, the hotel provides them for free. They also have bicycles available for guests.
On our last day, they treated us to their breakfast, which was abundant and delicious. Every time we entered or left the hotel, they offered us their tasty sweets as a compliment.
It is by far the best vacation/city hotel we’ve stayed at in a long time. There is not a single negative thing we can say about it.

perfect small personal hotel in walking distance to old town.very friendly staff. Georgia on reception gave us recommendations for tavernas,old villages and beaches to visit.breakfast was a wonderful tradition experience .thank you we recommend and will return

מלון בוטיק חדשש, נקי , צוות נהדר, קבלת פנים חמה. החדר עצמו גדול, חדש, מקלחת גדולה,
יש מעלית, יש חניה צמודה. ארוחת בוקר עשירה, מגוונת.
מיקום מעולה!!! 10 דקות הליכה לים 7 דקות הליכה לעיר שהיא פשוט מקסימה.
