Very convenient apartment 100m from ski lift.
Pros:

Nice big apartment, very short distance from ski lift. Rooms with 3 different showers. Convenient ski box. Nice staff. Balcony with spectacular view in the afternoon.

Cons:

One room is not separated from the kitchen

The location of the apartment was absolutely fantastic and the apartment was clean.

Cons:

The kitchen facilities were very bad. There was no kitchen fan and no dishwasher. There were no knifes (other than a bread knife) and there were not two glasses matching. There were no fry pan and there were just two plates. We have never experienced such a poorly equipped apartment during al our years of travelling the world.

Very enjoyable - my third trip to Mayrhofen in three years so I will probably be back.
Pros:

We had a two person apartment with balcony with a great view. This fully met our needs for a week of skiing. It had a good kitchen area with enough pans and crockery. The shower room was very spacious. We used the discount card, given to us at reception, for ski hire from a shop very close to the Pankenbahn lift which is only about 100m from the apartment. I highly recommend Apart Austria.

I have no complaints at all.

Pros:

Very spacious for two couples with private toilet and showers, close to ski lifts and the kitchen had everything we needed.
